We were in Indy to attend the B1G Women’s tournament at Gainbridge Fieldhouse which was about a 10 min walk. This property was super clean (which is always a priority for us) and updated. Linens smelled fresh and clean with full size bath towels. Location was great. Around the corner is a nice Mexican restaurant. We did not use a lot of the amenities as we were at the tournament so unable to comment on those. Communication with Dennis was always timely. We would definitely recommend this property and will book again if in the area.

Thank you for a lovely place to stay during a weekend in Indianapolis. Carriage house is as advertised. Nice walk to Lucas stadium and enjoyed the two coffee shops within walking distance. Also tried Milktooth for breakfast! The host was very responsive! Would stay again!

Great “game day” Getaway

We stayed Fri-Sun for season opener WNBA Fever game. The carriage house was nice layout for the 4 of us (but would also be good for group/family of up to 6-8). It’s in great location, safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse along with bars/restaurants. Owner kept in good communication, as needed. It was a 6 hour drive for us, and we’d stay here again if up in the area for future event.

This is a gem of a property

My son and I stayed here while attending a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. It's in a fantastic location within walking distance of the stadium and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and everything is in brand new condition. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future!

Within 10-20 min walking distance to downtown. Very easy and short distance walk to downtown and Luca Oil Stadium. Was nice to avoid heavy crowds and traffic. Located in a quiet and safe section of town. Easy side street parking with plenty of parking availability. Rental property was very clean with updated appliances and amenities. Very lovely and nice place to stay, high recommend! Would love to stay again if we are in the area.
