オススメのホテル^^

仁川滞在の際によく利用しています。清潔感もあるし、日系のホテルだそうで日本人には歯ブラシも頂けます。フロントには日本語が上手な方もいますし、下にはコンビニもあり便利です。近くのチキンやトッポッキが売っているお店も美味しくてオススメです。ただ、いつも車移動なので詳しく分かりませんが、駅からの交通は便利ではないかもしれません。あまり観光客でこの辺に泊まる方はいないかもしれませんが…安くて快適なおすすめのホテルです。

駅からタクシーまでではありますが、静かで素敵な街にあるホテルでした。観光客も少ない印象で他の旅行者とは一味違う韓国旅行も楽しめたかなと思っています！

상당히 만족도가 좋은 호텔이었어요!

직원들도 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았어요!! 일회용품 규제로 인하여 아무것도 없다는게 조금 불편했지만 그외에는 전반적으로 만족해요! 조식은 호텔조식 처럼은 안나오지만 그래도 간단하게 먹을수 있고 직원들도 청결에 신경써주시고 인사해주시는게 좋았어요!

서비스 및 청결도 우수

창밖에 풍경에 앞 큰 건물때문에 좀 시야가 가려지긴 하나 그래도 지어진지 얼마 안된건물에 프론트 직원분도 서울보다 더 친절하고 청결도도 좋았습니다.

오션뷰 깔끔한 신축호텔에 주변에 횟집 깡새우튀김 국물떡볶이 맛집도 있고 가성비 분위기 두마리 다 잡고 오감만족하고 갑니다^^

주말 1박 호캉스로 이용했는데 일단 로비부터 재 정비가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 체크인을 위해 대기할 수 있는 공간조차 없어 서서 있어야 했고, 호텔 시스템상 문제로 룸이 정리되지 않아 3시 체크인임에도 30분, 5분이면 된다던 룸청소가 진행되지 않아 5시가 넘어서야 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 앉아있을 의자, 로비조차 없는 상황에 계속 대기하라는 말에 불만을 표했고, 그때서야 청소가 완료된 방을 안내해 주며 서비스 차원의 룸 업그레이드를 제공받았습니다. 사실 제가 예약한 룸타입의 청소는 거의 되어 있지 않았던 상황.. 모든 투숙객이 11시가 아닌 1시 체크아웃을 안내해 줌에 있어서는 불만은 없었습니다. 하지만 다시 이용하고 싶은 생각은 없네요

Good : 가격대비 좋은 룸 컨디션. 해변공원 산책이 용이 (매우 가까움) 방에서 냄새도 안나고 침구류도 깨끗한 편이네요. Bad : 어쩔 줄 모르는 프론트 직원의 응대 바다조망이라고 쓰여있어서 예약했는데, 바다조망이 없는 룸이 배정이 되었네요. 예약했을 때 조건과 다르다고 프론트에 얘기해서 다른 방을 안내 받았습니다. 재 배정된 방은... 애매하게라도 암튼 바다조망이 되기는 하더군요... 당일 예약해서 간 거라 제대로 조망이 되는 방은 없나보다 하고 이해했습니다만 프론트 직원 분의 응대는 좀 아쉬웠습니다. '어제 단체손님이 다녀가서 클리닝된 방이 별로 없다' 는 이유로 난색을 표하다가 개 중에 VIEW가 그래도 좀 나은 방으로 안내해주겠다. 하십니다. 새 방이 클리닝이 안되어있을 수 있으니 저녁에 들어와달라 (체크인은 3시입니다) 고 얘기하셔서 짐만 넣어두고 저녁 6시에 들어왔는데.여전히... 클리닝이 안되어 있었네요. 침대 시트가 안씌워져 있었고, 이불과 배게가 의자위에 구겨져 올라가 있었습니다. 프론트에 다시 전화해서 이 상황을 설명하니 다짜고짜 방 바꿔드리면 되느냐고 묻습니다. 직원 분 목소리에 피곤함이 잔뜩 서려서 '나보고 어쩌라고' 라는 느낌이랄까요. 저는 그게 아니라 이게 클리닝 된 방이 맞느냐.. 확인해 달라고 재차 묻고 안된거라면 정리를 해 달라고 요청했습니다. 몇 번을 설명하고서야, 직원분은 알아보겠다고서 전화를 끊으시더니만 다시 전화해서는 클리닝 된 방으로 바꿔주겠다고 해서.. 결국 또, 방을 바꿨습니다.... 이번엔 VIEW가 꽤 좋은 방으로 바꿔 주셨습니다만 3인실이라서 침대만 가득하고 공간이 좁아 그다지 반갑지는 않았습니다. 클리닝하시는 팀과 프론트 간에 손발이 안맞을 수도 있지요. 그래도 직원 분의 피곤한 듯한 대응, 어쩔 줄 모르는 듯한 대응은 아쉬웠습니다. 하나 더 말씀 드리자면 뒤 쪽으로 신축 호텔이 생겨 특정 라인은 바다조망이 안되는데, 그쪽 룸은 온라인에서 예약할 때 착각하지 않게 바다조망 항목은 빼 주셔야겠어요.

스톱오버용으로 좋을 듯합니다

공항근처의 스톱오버용 호텔 느낌입니다. 깔끔하긴 하고 서비스도 괜찮았어요. 다만 커플여행지로는 다소 삭막한 분위기 입니다. 가격대비 적당한 것 같아요.
