I did not see any staff; however, the response via text was prompt. The room was clean. However, there was a stain on one of the bed sheets. There was no extra sheet or cover to use the pullout bed in the living room. There was also just one cup; despite the booking being for 3 guests, there were 3 of us. There were no plates and no dishwashing liquid. I mentioned this because the previous stay and another location had these items. Other than that, everything was great.

This is a very basic economy hotel. The manager was very nice and welcoming. The location is convenient. Our room had some stains on the couches and wasn't the cleanest. The furniture is all very basic and no frills. If you are looking for a cheap option this works, otherwise I would look elsewhere. I would not want to stay here by myself or with just my kids- we had a bigger traveling party and were just passing through so it was ok for one night. It's a remote location and the office closes early. I would bot have felt safe if I had been traveling solo.

Parking was simple , the front desk agent Reginae was amazing. Very kind and welcoming the perfect person to be at a front desk welcoming guests! I was amazed how nice the property was and i loved how secure it was and cannot access the actual inside of the hotel without a room key . The actual room was spacious and i appreciate the separation of the living room and bedroom when traveling with my toddler. It allowed us to be separate while our family slept . Wil stay again 100%
