The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was newly renovated and relatively quiet, with nice blackout shades. We were there for a weekend long event at the Orion Amphitheatre and were able to sleep in. The location is also walking distance to the a Orion, though a good chunk of the walk is through parking lots and on the grass, but still walkable. Breakfast was pretty basic, but all that's needed. There are several great places to eat within walking distance as well. My only real complaint is the water pressure in the shower. I can only describe it as someone peeing on my head.

The front desk staff was wonderful. They were very kind to my kiddos and let them watch Scooby Doo when they had breakfast which was a highlight of their trip. The room was large and comfortable. It was a great trip.

Bad experience

Rented two rooms. Both rooms smelled of mildew. Could tell rooms were just painted. Blower fan is as left in one room blowing at ceiling to dry the paint. Went to dinner and came back to find fan had been removed by I’m guessing maintenance or staff with no notice of them coming into the room.
