Was not happy at all with this place. Was checked into to different rooms. And both room were nasty from the stove to the rusty old refrigerators, carpet, room smells.. Not to mention the old thin comforters on bed with huge cigarette hole in.. Horrible experience, never will ever go back
It was disgusting and we checked out after the first night. They have not provided me a receipt. I'll never go back there
This hotel is for "Extended" stay customers. Meaning many people live there. With that in mind, The room is very basic but clean and the bed was super comfortable. Bring your own personal items. My suggestion to the manager is that "keep certain rooms for travelers who are passing through", with the best amenities, perhaps your highest floor. This way you will not get mixed feelings from your customers. One of our towels for example, was brand new and the other was so used, it almost looked brown! lol This sort of inconsistency does not well with customers. Best wishes!
Friendly staff. The carpet in the room was very dirty. There was a bad odor in the hallway. The bed was quite uncomfortable.
Honestly for an extended stay hotel and for the rate this hotel was great. Bed sheets were white and crisp, bathroom was clean, etc.
The Staff went out of their way get me ground floor room and to repair a broken TV.
This is not a good place to stay. I was looking for a quick overnight stay for only a few hours because I would have a late check in and an early check out. Good thing. I would hate to stay an extended period of time. For the amenities this hotel offered it was way overpriced. It does not have the usual bathroom compliments such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and lotion. The first thing I saw as I walked in my room was roaches crawling on the counter. The next thing I noticed there were no curtains over the window. There were no ice machines. Only one drink machine and one snack machine that was located on the first floor. There are a few positives however. The desk clerk was extremely friendly and professional, the room was as clean as possible for an older hotel, there was a security guard on duty, and you had to have a hotel key to enter the door going to the rooms. I will pay a higher a price next time for a better place to stay.
