Had a bad experience on this stay. First night there was a constant popping sound coming from the ceiling and air conditioner. I could not sleep. Asked to change rooms but was told no room was available. Did not get a good night sleep. So I changes rooms the next days. Had problems with the toilet not flushing because the tank did not fill up with water. Called maintenance to fix it. Maintenance came up and said it was fixed. I left and went out and later when I returned I found a pool of water on the floor because water was leaking from the connection valve to the wall. I called maintenance again. Maintenance came up and worked on the leak again and said it was fixed. Later in middle of the night night, I used the toilet and after I flushed and the tank again did not fill with water. Next morning the tank was still empty. I called maintenance at 6:55AM, maintenance again. In the mean time I had to go to the hotel lobby to use the toilets. Finally maintenance man came after 8:30AM and worked on the toilet again, a third time and fixed it. So to say the least I was very unhappy. I asked the Marriott management if they could reimburse me after all these horrible inconvenience and they said no because I booked this hotel on Orbitz. They offered me a free breakfast which I already had with the Orbitz deal, so the Marriott passed the buck to Orbitz. The whole situation sucked. I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND I WOULD LIKE ORBITZ TO ADDRESS THIS!

Hotel staff and lobby were nice, room spacious, but there was an electrical burn smell on the side of the hotel which had available rooms. We later learned from the staff that this was emanating from an issue that was being monitored on the ground floor. Staff tried to accommodate us with a different room, but the odor was prevalent on every floor. The outdoor swimming pool was nice, but the indoor pool area looked like it needed attention and ventilation, as well as maintenance on the partition between the indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel staff indicated that they were unable to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience of the odor because the room was booked under a third party. Will post an update if Orbitz provides remuneration.

It was nice greeted at the gate and the registration desk were very help Cleaning staff was very courteous Free wifi in the room

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent! The pool heater was out so that was a little disappointing for the kids. Other than that it was perfect!

The hotel was in a great location for what wanted to do. The room was clean, comfortable and quite. Maid service was good. It should be noted that the mattress very soft (I.e. not firm). Parking was easy and not a problem. I did have a major problem that Marriott charged for internet access.

Outstanding location. Very nice and clean. Only issues were the attentiveness of the bar staff. Took 20 minutes to get a drink even though the bar was only half full.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was walking distance to the space center! We requested adjacent rooms (booked 2 rooms) and they did not give us that. Overall the hotel was fine. The door to our balcony would not close all the way once we opened it. The pool was very nice. It was a heated pool and very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel especially if your main point of visiting is the space center.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I had room service bring breakfast and it came quick and was pretty good. Next time I'm back in the area I'll definitely stay again.

The room was large enough and very clean. Being on the Space Musseum grounds was great. The staff was attentive at all times. A great value for your stay in Huntsville.

Hotel is a little older, but very nice. All of the staff was genuinely nice and extremely friendly, they would go out of their way to help you. Due to a convention, I was upgraded to the concierge level room, which was better than the same type of room in some upper-scale/large city hotels in which I've stayed. Hotel amenities were very nice, yet still quite cosmopolitan, not what one would expect for a small town. Everything I needed was available in the hotel. Would strongly recommend the hotel at the Space Center Marriott to anyone except the extreme elitist or overly picky type of person.

Hotel was nice and clean. Bar was good and service was good. The only thing that I felt wa s not good enough was the Restaraunt in the hotel. I ordered a steak, a fillet. They call it a steak Restaraunt but it was not. It cost just as much as any other Steak place but the quality was not there . The breakfast was good and everything else wa good but if you want steak go 5 minutes up to road to the mall. They have great steaks. Believe it or not. The mall.I am glad I visited Huntsville and I wood stay at the Marriott again. I just would go to the mall for steak. The mall by the way is huge and Wonderful and I hate malls. You could actually take the whole family and spend the day. You must see to believe .

The hotel charged for wi-fi, but I was able to connect to the free wi-fi from the space center next door. The quality of the room service food was very good. It would have been good in a nice sit-down restaurant.

From check-in to check-out this hotel was well worth the trip. The location is a bit off but otherwise everything was pleasing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was very good. No room service for lunch although. My only issue which has nothing to do with the Hotel, that it is next to the the Space Museum which is a big family and children magnet. And the sales department is closed on the weekends, so no last minute upgrade to a suite. I would use for a family, not a goofball adult adventure.

Dropped son off at aviation challenge-very convenient and accomodations were great

With the impending check-in to Space Camp the next morning, my 3 anxious granddaughters quickly forgot their woes and totally enjoyed the weight room, the pool, and the excellent food. They left the next morning rested, well fed and confident they could fly to the moon!

I thought the Marriott was a very nice hotel, and definitely the place to stay if you're going to Space Camp. It's right next door. Also, I was impressed with their vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Great veggie gyro!

We were in Huntsville for a wedding receiption that was held at this same hotel we were staying at. Our rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We had a great view of the Space Museum. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel was less than I expected for a Marriott. The interior was clean, but very dated. Toilet leaked, doorhandle cover falling off, old, musty smell in room, a/c didn't cool very well. Beds comfortable and clean, but we woke up in the morning with bug bites. Didn't see any bed bugs, but some insect was biting us during the night. Hallway door slams and people talking could be heard in the room. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff wasn't familiar with [...]deals, as we were told we didn't get complimentary Internet or breakfast, and we didn't find out until check-out that they were wrong. For the money, we could have done better closer to town.
