My family and I drove from central Indiana to Destin, FL for Spring Break. Since Huntsville is the halfway point for us, I booked the SpringHill for a night on the way to Florida as well as on the way back. We were not disappointed! The front desk staff greeted us with genuine warmth and were glad to have us. We were given snacks and bottled water as well. I later had to ask for a phone charger (perhaps if there was one in the lost & found bin) but the front desk agent loaned me his personal charger. I then couldn't get over how clean the hotel is. I travel for work, and book travel for my clients, so cleanliness is of the utmost importance. The hotel is beautiful and also spotless. Our breakfast attendant Monday morning (4/2) was very kind and friendly. The breakfast selection was wonderful, too. My only complaint was the horrible WiFi connection. Didn't seem like too remote of an area, but the signal was not strong. Tough to work, but otherwise fine. Long story short, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

For the price, you will not beat this hotel. I stayed here with a large group for an event at the Von Braun Center. The location was excellent for our needs: near a small town center with a variety of restaurants, and whatever else one might need while traveling. The rooms were tidy and very spacious. The morning staff communicated well, was friendly, and made sure that there was enough breakfast food for my group and the other guests. Truly an excellent experience.

Visited huntsville for business and had to find a place to stay due to weather. Very large rooms, comfortable beds, clean and pleasant. The counter was very friendly. Good service. Reasonable price for the value you get. Recomended!

I have stayed at the Huntsville SpringHill Suites well over 100 nights during the past two years - and my company's consultants have booked over 1,000 - without any significant issues. But I'm quickly becoming a "former" fan of this establishment. For the most part the staff is very accommodating and quite responsive. Tom is particularly exceptional, as is Cedric! But they have some "new help" that is falling miserably short of the mark. The biggest issue I have come across recently - over the last 6 months or so is their billing practices. Or should I say - quietly spiking your room rates (by 30-100%) without letting you know until you check out. Not only will they NOT tell you about the practice when you check in, they'll LIE to you and tell you "yep, you're in at that rate through your stay" - until you find the rate jumped during your last few days. We will be hard pressed to return. I'm sure they won't care to lose $150,000 in revenue we will take elsewhere. CEO of Marriott is getting this same letter. Enjoy your stay if you go there. Just watch the room rates DAILY - and challenge them - DAILY. Moe's (not the chain) has some good BBQ but Jim & Nicks is a short ride down the road. Edgars has some of the best baked goods in Huntsville.

We stayed here a few nights ago and everything was great! From the reception desk giving me directions to the hotel when we got lost to the breakfast hostess, every single person we encountered was delightful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

How does one start? Well, this is a 5 star place with a 3 star price! We have stayed here before, never disappointed! This time we were greeted by Tom, who was very helpful in pointing out the dining options in the immediate area. Seven, within walking distance! All in a quaint area, similar to yesterday’s town centers. This is off the beaten, and hectic, path, but very convenient to all Huntsville has to offer. And an included breakfast that far surpasses all others! Try it, and you won’t be sorry!

I was in town on business and stayed at the hotel for one night. I thought that the room was great and it was nice to have all of the dinner options so close to the hotel. The morning breakfast was as expected and I was asked by the attendant if there was anything special that I wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

First off, meet the best guest services rep ever in Madison Butler. She was top notch, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Room was very clean and spacious. Great amenities, plenty of power outlets, big T.V., comfy bed, big shower with nice pressure. Great location. Less than a block from a dozen good places to eat. Only thing that wasn't a 10 out of 10 was breakfast. Just average on that account. Always had coffee though. Didn't have an indoor pool, but they have a deal with Hampton inn right next door with an indoor pool that they allow you to go to. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel in the area

This hotel is not a category 2 by a long shot. I have stayed at category 3 hotels that are not as good as this hotel. Nice clean property and furniture, great location, good variety of options for breakfast. Super nice staff. We will definitely return here whenever we are back in Huntsville.

We stay at the Springhill Suites several times per year while visiting family. Our family had not been to the hotel in over 6 months. As soon as we walked in Tom K. recognized us by name, gave us big hugs and seasons greetings. He recommended a room that was perfect for our family and got us extra towels since we were staying the weekend. I can honestly say that Tom has made us Marriott converts from Hilton and we now book our travel solely due to Tom’s hospitality and over the top, raving fans customer service. The property itself is always in magnificent condition, breakfast cooked to perfection and rooms feel like home. The walk ability to restaurants, farmers market and shopping nearby has made Huntsville a second home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a single night or regular spot while in the Huntsville area. Thank you, Tom and the Marriott family!
