I got a hotel room because my apartment has water damage an mold then I come here an they put me in a water damage room with one bed I asked for 2 or a king an now it’s saying no refund
The property was over booked so I had to drive 20 miles to their sister property.
i booked this hotel because of full kitchen, out of all the Extended near by, cleanest one
No towels or toilet paper at the bathroom. Down bed is full of food and candy papers, and some strange things. No kitchen pans
i wanted to like it. ok from the out side. first the hallways were unusually hot im on the top floor farthest room. no ice machines no soda or snack machines smelled like a city bus in the hall. room had ice machine in frige no water to it. there was no tv remote no pillows or towels had to go to the desk and get them. 1st remote not working back to desk to get another . but i did have a nice view of a scarp card
Nice, spacious rooms. More amenities than expected. Close to Airport. Great deals, onsite store, gym and pool. I most definitely would recommend this hotel if your in Houston on a quick trip
New and clean also close to airport, service very good. It has kitchen, refrigerator and microwave. Also there have Dannys, Berger King, McDonnad and Subway.
Room was nice and very comfortable and the staff was very friendly especially Ms. Sharon , she was very pleasant . Would deffinitely stay there again anytime !
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel our son stayed also with his fiancé the staff was wonderful the room was clean and we would definitely come back again. Very safe place to be
No airport shuttle here, even though their website advertises it :(

Quick check in, clean room. The only sort of complaint is the front door location is confusing. Other than that everything was great.
Rooms are clean only once a week and male staff rude , don't respond to needs when required.
I enjoyed myself so much. I wasn't ready to leave.
Hotel experience was average. We did find a roach a few minutes coming into the place..the toilet didnt flush right..and the phone didn't work. But overall the hotel was okay. My boyfriend didn't want to make noise about the roach cause he was tired...there was a lot of dirt on top of the refrigerator. And shower had hair in the drain. So they could work on cleaning more at this hotel.
Polite staff. Nice room. Hotel a little hard to get to due to road construcation.
I was a little worried at first because of the location it was it, but overall it was good the room was clean and they had friendly staff.
