Upon arrival Adriana was wonderful. She was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. I felt very comfortable and had a wonderful night stay. Mia in the morning as I checked out was also warm and inviting. I can not speak about the complimentary breakfast, as I slept through, however there was coffee in the room. Possible suggestion to maybe add 1-2 bottle of water to the coffee area for drinking or making coffee. But overall my stay was very pleasant and would definitely return!
With cameras above the building how is it possible to have all four of your wheels come up missing off your car, unbelievable. Two days later i saw broken glass in the parking lot. I'm assuming someone had there car broken into...What can staff be doing not to see this..Seems more like a inside job if you ask me. But that's just my opinion. Building has no ventilation to move air around..My daughter and i both got sick. The smell of mold wreaks throughout the building. Everything in the room feels wet from the sheets to the countertop. Even the tv gets wet from shower.
This is my family's first choice when vacationing in Houston!

The staff was very friendly. All the guest were all welcomed the same. We went down to eat and the staff was checking on every one to make sure they were ok and if they needed any thing they would get it or help you with it.

Mr. Youmans,We apologize sincerely for the complications during your stay. We did our best to not only confront the thieves but also contact the police and you in a timely manner. We can not change the attitude of the responding officer nor the effort and steps they take from there. We hope you give us another chance to exceed your expectations during a future stay. As far as the issues regarding your room and the building, we are sorry they did not meet your standards and that you did not bring these concerns up during your stay so we could have better addressed them.
