The place itself is nice, though it feels a little neglected. Light bulbs out, bath mat missing, towels very small, no bottled water supplied, shower floor beginning to come apart. Little things, but even the "neighbors" asked us if we had basic supplies, because the did not. You get the feeling that the primary concern is securing all monies owed, extra charges and warnings about extra charges if you don’t take your shoes off, etc. Nice enough but not at all zen.

This was the perfect place to spend a couple of nights while visiting Houston! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. The option for gated parking was a huge plus for me as I was traveling alone and had some larger items in my car that I didn’t want to lug in and out of my room or leave in the car while it was on the street. The neighborhood has excellent food and entertainment options and I love spending time in the area. I will be back next year!

Great location and surprisingly quite given all the shops, restaurants and bars. The hosts are super friendly and great communicators. Side note the walk-in shower was lovely! I will be staying there again

Stayed here for a month while working at the medical center and it was great! The place was clean and in a convenient location, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and things to do. Towels were provided and replaced. Of note, I paid for the gated parking because the parking outside the gate is first come first serve, which I’m glad I did. Would recommend for long term stays. The host was very fast to respond and checked in every once and a while, which I appreciated.
