I found the personnel to be very nice and helpful. I had to ask for assistance in zipping my dress and the front desk (lady!) was willing to assist!! The hotel was very clean at all times. I enjoyed the bar and snacks every night! I will visit again when in Houston.

Good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean!

Asked for pool view, but got stuck with a view of the lobby roof. Couldn't sleep in because, unbeknownst to me, there was some church convention that had music blaring. Staff did give me very late checkout. The one lady I believe was named Jeanette was helpful, and I appreciated all the courtesy she showed me.

Just what I needed for this trip which was very busy and quick.

We've stayed at this hotel before and have found it to be clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for our trips to Houston to visit our grandchildren. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we always enjoy our stay!

Excellent room and amenities. The evening staff except for one lady was great. She was getting a van for us to go to a restaurant and did not tell us until after we were waiting in the van the driver may be 10-15 minutes.

Enjoyed my overnight stay - hotel is a great location to expressway, shopping and restaurants - would stay again!

My husband and I were in Houston to share in the celebration of our two adorable grandchildren's 1st and 3rd birthdays. This hotel was convenient to our son and daughter-in-law's home and overall is a very nice place. However, we left the hotel at 7:30 the first morning were there, and when we returned around 1:30 p.m., our room had not yet had maid service. We left again around 4:00 p.m. and noticed that the maid's cart was sitting outside our door when we left, so we assumed it would be cleaned while we were gone, but it was not. When I called the desk upon our return that night to inquire about the fact that the room had not had maid service all day, I was told that the maids leave at 4:00, and since the room had been occupied, we had missed the opportunity. The hotel was obviously not overcrowded, so I'm wondering why our room couldn't have been cleaned between 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. I will say that the desk clerk was responsive to my request for fresh towels, replacement toiletries, and coffee-making items, so no complaints about the front desk staff, but I do think the cleaning staff could/should have done better.

One night stay in Houston for my wife and I. Hotel was conveniently located, very clean and comfortable, service was excellent and the A/C worked flawlessly (which is a MUST in Houston in July).

The room was clean and huge! The hotel was beautiful and very nice. The store downstairs was convenient for midnight snacking and all the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is very clean and in a quite surrounding. The only thing I did not check before I booked was that it did not offer complimentary breakfast.

What attracted us to this hotel is its price for hotels of this level. For about $70 you get a double queen room with a microwave and a small refrigerator. This is very convenient for family with kids. Plus internet and parking are free. The rooms are clean. Will stay here again next time.

Overall Great Hotel For the Money I Stayed there there times gets better every time.

Great place to stay! Very clean with a great staff. Nice large rooms with very comfortable beds.

Service is remarkable! They went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Thank you Tammy and Elizabeth!

Initally hard to find, easy to pass entrance and a long way around to get back. Could use a complimentary breakfast, no restaurant. However, room was quiet, but the "high tech" beds were too firm for my comfort.

The hotel was super nice, very beautiful and very quiet, but some of the staff service could not speak english very well and it became a problem when my 14 month old son wet the bed and I needed new fitted sheets. And the breakfast "buffett" if you want to call it that was too expenisve $10.77 and it was like a regular continental breakfast with a few more choices. Over all it was a great place to stay, not far from the Galleria and Down Town shopping and luckily there was a McDonalds down the road to get good cheap breakfast for my family!

Everything was first class. The only downside was the location. The road to access the hotel wasn't easy to find and I ended up having to loop around again until I found it.

Pretty good experience. Parking lot was lit well, parking was good. Bedroom was nice, clean and just about had everything you'd need. You could pay more for a high end hotel - but if you just want a clean, safe, place to stay - you probably couldn't do much better.

Our visit was very short! We were impressed with the friendly staff, very clean overall, everywhere. Bed was very comfortable...wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the rest of the hotel. Will go back there, for sure! The only challenge we faced was the hotel's sign be displayed very low and relatively smaller compare to all the other big signs around. Overall, great place to stay in Houston...easy to get around town.
