Upon arrival we were asked to give a $50 cash deposit which was not stated to us over the phone. They should have let us know ahead of time and we would have already had the cash instead of having to go hunt down an ATM machine after driving all the way from Chicago, Illinois. At first the desk clear said he would wave the fees then he changed his mind. We got the $50 back upon leaving the hotel. The hotel is very nice and comfortable however we could not get a steady phone signal and no one that came to visit us could get a clear phone signal while there. We all had to go out side to use the phone and saw several other hotel guest doing the same thing. Other than that, the hotel is great. Clean laundry room. I didn't notice anything dirty about the hotel. Kinda old carpet but ok.

The hotel needs cleaning, upgrades. The room had a filthy sofa. Linens had to be changed. Kitchenette was a joke.

It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept (or not) in. There were also roaches crawling on the wall....

I arrived late (9 PM) to check in (we were attending a wedding early the next day) and I requested a crib for my 9 month old infant since Days Inn are children friendly and their policy is Children Stay Free. First, they do not have cribs. None. Their solution was to have my infant sleep on the pullout bed in the couch. We winded up pulling the couch mattress off to lay it on the floor for the baby, but really it was a terrible solution. Second, they were pushing a 30 mile radius policy, that if you lived within 30 miles of the hotel. they REQUIRED a $50 CASH deposit for the stay. I live in Far Northwest Houston, which is 50 miles away (even though my address says Houston) and who has $50 cash on them these days? (No where on the booking does it say they require this absurd deposit) I told them to hold it on my credit card and they said they couldn't do it. Finally, the clerk said she'd waive it but to be asked for it in the first place was ludicrous. They need to update their information and add cribs to their inventory if they still want to market themselves as a children friendly hotel.

Clean and quiet except for the room A/C which was rather loud. Well located for space centre visit.

Staff was nice. Hotel was outdated and beds very uncomfortable

The location was perfect - only 3.5 mi from my rental property. Breakfast was just right amount and

great stay. friendly staff. the location was great. will use this place again.

Nothing special. Older, concrete block motel style "hotel". It certainly is not a 3 star accommodation. I give it a 2. It was clean, but old style "box" TV, small bathroom.

Turns out that Webster is right in the middle of everything. Kemah isn't hat away or neither is Galveston. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Even help get me a good deal when we extended our stay. We shall stay here again.

First off the room had an odor, then the wifi didnt work, the staff couldnt speak english and the room keys kept going out. Id say a price if 49 a night might be better.

It was not bad to stay for just one night. But it's old so it would be not enough for who want very decent hotel to stay.

Booked as a family trip, specifically to use indoor pool for kids. Pool was not in use. Dirty towel was on bed when we arrived in room. The toilet was a preschool-height toilet (used in schools or daycares), and flooded. There is not any air in the hallways, so very hot and humid and smelled. Breakfast was completely carbs, except for juice. While somewhat close to Kemah Boardwalk and NASA and some shopping, there are better options closer and in better location.

room was clean and comfy. staff was nice and friendly. location was easy to find and close to the freeway and attractions.

The first room the bathroom needed attention to detail. The rest of the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. We had make your own hot waffles. The second time we checked in the bathroom again needed cleaning. It was actually worse than the 1st room. There was dirty clothes behind the door and the room had obviously not been cleaned properly. They moved us to another room. This one was much better at least it was clean. Location is great. Just check the bathrooms before fully settling in. The hotel needs to hire a cleaning staff that understands the definition of "clean".

I was very pleased with this hotel, it was not luxurious or modern, but everything was clean and comfortable, also the location was excellent, it has nice places to eat nearby, a nice mall and it still managed to be quiet at night. The staff was also very friendly and helpful at all times. Just throw a lcd/led TV instead of the old CRT and it will get 5 stars from me.

This hotel delivered on my expectations for the price. Room was clean but outdated. Has a microwave and fridge. Everything you need to get few hours of rest. Staff very friendly as well. Lots of restaurants near by. I highly suggest Twin Peaks if your a sports fan and want an "interesting" experience.

The hotel had a bad odor in the room, seem like it was coming from the drainage in the rest room. The beds were too small.

The front desk staff - Deven- was quite an extraordinarily hospitable, helpful employee. He helped with directions from our mobile and with mapquest when our GPS failed. He is the shining star at that location. Our room was clean but worn and shabby, in dire need of updated furnishings, the carpeting on the stairways and halls was worn and in need of a good scrubbing. The employees do the best they can working with an aging, humidity-racked building. The parsimonious parking lot reveals outside-entrance rooms on the lower level; second floor accommodations are needed if you require a hallway entrance. 'Would like to commend the employees, though; friendly and helpful-the cleaning staff placed a towel-sculpture on the foot of the bed! We have family in the area and will not be staying here again, but not because of the staff.

I stayed at this hotel while apartment hunting before a permanent move to the area for work. I planned visits to apartments in the Clear Lake/Webster/League Coty area. This hotel was in a great location to accomplish this. As far as the actual hotel was concerned it's older and has not been updated in several decades. You get what you pay for. While it seemed clean the age of the hotel made the room seem dingy. Overall it was fine for the 2 nights I stayed there I would probably not return given that there are other hotels in the area that are much newer with the same convenient location.
