I stay here frequently and the staff is beyond fantastic! It’s a very clean hotel and super convenient to Gatwick Airport on the Hoppa bus (approx 5 minute ride ) Menu options are very good offered both in dining room and in spacious bar/lounge area. Room service is available. Full breakfast buffet is also very good! My favorite part is the outside terrace with tables where guest can enjoy coffee, drinks or even eat their meal.

Really convenient for long-haul flights. I arrived the day before, enjoyed a good night's sleep and a nice breakfast. The Gatwick Hoppa is very convenient for getting to and from the airport.

Place is conveniently located from Gatwick airport and there is shuttle service every 15 minutes. The room was very clean, with everything properly arranged. The staff were excellent—cheerful and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices available.
