Place is conveniently located from Gatwick airport and there is shuttle service every 15 minutes. The room was very clean, with everything properly arranged. The staff were excellent—cheerful and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices available.

I had to catch an early flight from Gatwick Airport and chose the hotel for location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the staff, the amenities and the convenience. I had a problem with the hotel shuttle I did not take my ATM card with me for personal reasons,and the bus driver would not take cash so I had to pay £20 pounds taxi fee to the hotel
