The location of the hotel, accessible directly from the airport via an underground tunnel, is the big draw. It’s clean and up-to-date, but there were some annoying things about staying there. The digital room thermostat was impossible to read for anyone over age 20 and we couldn’t get it to work. We made repeated calls to the front desk that were never answered. And the hotel had no ice machine.

This hotel is quite close to Gatwick Airport and was an awesome choice to stay the night before a flight. We had come in from the States and were able to have a great meal on property and a good nights rest before our flight the next day. Room was clean, comfortable and front desk staff were very friendly.

The fire alarm went off at 6 am, then the cleaning staff came into the room at 10 am and didn't knock or announce they were there. I was in bed.
