We arrived at 10 p.m. for an early flight the next day, as many visiting Gatwick do. Contrary to the website, no part of the hotel does food then. When we proposed that room service-- which is allegedly 24 hours-- deliver to a communal space, that's not an option. And we proposed that option to be kind to room setvice staff as our room is so far from any normal space. Meanwhile, 3 hours from arrival.... Still waiting. Bottom line: If you are a family of mixed ages, I would definitely not stay here. If you are anyone else who has to work, stays at an airport hotel to accommodate flight times, I would not stay here.

The rooms were super comfortable and big. we had room service which was impeccable and the staff were super friendly and helpful with queries. Best of all was the convenience to get into the airport terminal itself. made an early start much easier. would recommend and would book again. We didnt actually have the breakfast as were up and out by 4.30am.
