Too old, hallway has this old mold wet smell, carpet is worn needs replacing you can see water damaged on the walls, room ac won’t even cool the room down, some of the rooms are too far from reception

It is an old hotel that has been partially refurbished. we got stuck in an old room with no USB port(could not charge my phone) No alarm clock , no coffee maker and looked like blow dryer had been ripped off the wall.

i had a nine hour layover so all i needed was a comfortable bed and thats what i got.

Appreciate easy walk to check-in at Gatwick. Also, ground floor rooms are available. For a change of pace KFC Chicken and McDonalds area a five minute walk. Also, a five minute walk to Gatwick for newspapers, or snacks, or meals.

The rooms are very outdated. I was shocked for it being a Hilton and belonging to the airport. I didn’t know it was old. I could hear the people next door come in later and lock their door. I jumped up thinking someone was coming in my room. I asked reception if they had coffee in the room which most do nowadays. She replied yes. I was shocked there was no bottled water in the room. When I called downstairs I was told I don’t get water because I booked threw Expedia! My Hilton honors weren’t excepted! Because I used a third party! Guess what else! WiFi you pay for unless you book with them direct as well! I was really in shock. Almost every hotel this day gives free WiFi! I never would’ve expected this from a Hilton! Especially being a member. The restaurants that are apart of the hotel are nice. The costa coffee shop had the friendliest of the people there! And they’re not even the Hilton! Next time I’ll go a little further away and get what I’m paying for! Even if I have to wake early for a flight. I was extremely disappointed with this property and most the treatment will make me go elsewhere

Great location for flying out of Gatwick. Employees very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Only issue, if you book your room through an agent other than Hilton, there is no free WiFi in your room. You get 60 minutes if you sit by the bar. Certainly not what you except from a Hilton. It was never a problem at any other hotel.

People were courteous and respectful. Room was clean.

Great location if flying out of Gatwick’s south terminal.

Very convenient, you just walk from the terminal to your soundproof room.

Well they didn't let me know about the power was of from my room with no air conditioning.

Very closed to airport. Friendly staff. Good meal at the garden restaurant.

a/c didn't work; no bottled water available in room, nor glasses. very blase service like they know they are a airport hotel and no one is going to stay here beyond their in and out flight schedule, so they don't go the extra mile. As for positives, good breakfast

Wonderful and helpful staff. The room was just ok.

The Room decor was very outdated. Hall ways where dark. breakfast was limited.

The rooms are very outdated. I was shocked for it being a Hilton and belonging to the airport. I didn’t know it was old. I could hear the people next door come in later and lock their door. I jumped up thinking someone was coming in my room. I asked reception if they had coffee in the room which most do nowadays. She replied yes. I was shocked there was no bottled water in the room. When I called downstairs I was told I don’t get water because I booked threw Expedia! My Hilton honors weren’t excepted! Because I used a third party! Guess what else!
