We had booked 2 double beds room and on arrival we was given a double room with just 1 bed in it. Had to go to reception for it to be corrected then to be put in a correct room which was filthy. Bathroom not clean at all. Carpets not hoovered properly section of the bath broken. It was 2 in the morning and we had a flight to catch in the morning. We was given complimentary breakfast and drinks but considering this was a Marriot hotel standards very disappointing!!

The staff are lovely and the restaurant and bar are great. We were put into an accessible room which was comfortable but the bathroom wasn’t great — a crack in the toilet seat and some mould in the grouting. We reported the crack and I am sure it will be dealt with.

Bed was uncomfortable! Strange smell in room during the night… horrible! Like a dirty bathroom smell!! The lobby is nice but the building is old and refurbished!!!😩 Staff very pleasant! Liked the restaurant and bar. Juliet our waitress was so very nice and wanted to please. The morning breakfast was not very appeasing or good. I was disappointed because in the US the Marriot is first class and that is why I booked it. Shuttle to airport was most convenient but have to pay. The gym had broken equipment Lastly the TV was not user friendly and unable to watch a good movie. Asked the staff about viewing movies and they said they are working on it😢. Could not get a good cup of coffee as they had machines full of choices and I chose Americano and it was awful and watery! Machine drinks are never good as a cup of brewed coffee.. If this Marriot is a franchise they need to know their hotel does not meet the high standards of Marriot. I was very disappointed.

We stayed there so that we were close to the airport for an early morning flight. It was clean and comfortable. McDonald's was very close, perhaps a 5 minute walk. Good choice for those needing lodging close to the airport

Front desk had a hard time explaining the bus service to the terminals. Something about a free service but one needs to pay for the bus service to the terminals. I was confused. Maybe it was the difference between British and American English? There was a big stain on the rug in room 12. Suggest replacing the carpet in that room. The toilet seat is scewed
