L'hôtel est ok mais sa principale qualité et qu'il est situé à 10 mins à pied du terminal South de l'aéroport de Gatwick. Il y a une navette mais payante. La marche est courte et facile s'il ne pleut pas. Si vous voyagez à partir du terminal North, rendez-vous à pied au terminal South et vous pourrez prendre le train gratuit jusqu'au terminal North (3 mins)

Hotel itself and the staff were nice enough, but to call yourself an airport hotel and not have an airport shuttle is ridiculous. With a bag it is absolutely not walking distance. And the paid shuttle service that comes by only runs twice an hour.

Although the room seemed clean and it was a decent location… There were a lot of issues. The phone cord in the room was broken and all they did was tell me they would put it on their list. The ice machine on the floor did not work and I had to get ice from the restaurant. The bathtub is so tall that an elderly person would not be able to get in and out of it, I almost fell myself. This hotel is fine for one night, but I would not stay longer than that. It definitely needs a renovation.
