Friendly staff clean nice a bit expensive but comfortablep

Very conveniently located in North terminal. South terminal is only a 15 min walk/rail. No food after 10pm except 2nd level airport where they have hot sandwiches. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good.

Great hotel. On the north terminal of Gatwick. WiFi was not working that they acknowledged when I check in. Great breakfast. Loved the stay.

Airport hotel; was very busy, but generally not bad

Door lock didn’t work. Very cramped room for three people.

Great location if you are going to connect to a flight out the next day. You never have to leave the airport. You can take the luggage cart from baggage right to your room. Lunch and dinner menu not very good for seniors who have difficulty with spicy foods. Breakfast was very good.

Arrived late, Adrian in the bar was great in getting us a snack and a beverage.

This hotel has a great location, it’s built right into the North terminal Not easy to find, but once you’re in the terminal, information staff can direct you to it. The website for the hotel is not that clear other than to say it is in the terminal. A nice facility, rather sparse and utilitarian decorations, only two seats in reception. Food in the restaurant is subpar. And way too expensive for the quality received. Decorations in the room very sparse. Beds had no decorative covers, only a plain white coverlet. Window view Was of an interior courtyard. Is strictly a travelers hotel, not meant for the long term guest.

Very close to Gatwick airport, North terminal. Welcoming staff, comfortable, well equipped room. I would highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet and conveniently located. The dinner in the restaurant was good. It was a lovely stay.

It is in the airport - that we liked. Nothing to not like - it is a generic hotel.

Excellent location for flights leaving from the North Terminal. Property getting a bit worn from heavy use. Several things in my room were loose/broken, e.g. lamp stand crooked, bathroom lock loose, etc.

Great staff/location. Easy navigation to terminal.
