overpriced for a very modest accommodation. . location is good if u need to move to gatwick north quickly if i didnt need to, would not stay here

Convenience to London Gatwick Airport North Terminal.

Made to wait for room from 12 pm to 2 pm to check-in where there were plenty of rooms available. Rep wanted me to wait till 3 pm but I started sleeping on the sofa in lobby like a bum. Lied said all rooms were full the night before. On the 24th of December? Come on! Everyone just wanted to stay at the airport hotel on Christmas eve! (She was middle aged Indian decent. Yeah you! I saw through you!) Restaurant food sucked but free breakfast was decent. Small but clean room. Would not stay again.

It was nice just a little be far away from the city

The location was great! The size of the room better than most; could have 2 suitcases open and not be in the way. Décor was not great and the floors squeeked so terribly in room 225 it would wake a sleeper when the other person crossed the floor to go to the bathroom in the night!

Nice and convenient. Wish it had a jacuzzi or sauna though. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

A good hotel at London Gatwick Airport. It is pretty much located at the airport, so one does not need to get out to the open to reach. There is a small tunnel which connects the 2 buildings.

The location being attached to the airport is very convenient for terminal 2 flights! Great breakfast and strong wi-fi. No down side to this property.

Conveniently located in North Terminal made it easy for us to catch an early morning flight. Very clean and breakfast was great. Only issue was that we felt the shower to be very slippery.

The communication was not clear, we paid for a night that we werent even there and they were not helpful at understanding our situation. Had to pay an extra night at almost $70 more than our original price.

Friendly staff clean nice a bit expensive but comfortablep

Very conveniently located in North terminal. South terminal is only a 15 min walk/rail. No food after 10pm except 2nd level airport where they have hot sandwiches. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was very close to our check-in are the next morning. Staff was a bit stressed and did not volunteer information about amenities. Room was great. Very limited menu in restaurant. But all shortcomings were compensated for by the excellent breakfast included. Would definitely book again if appropriate for flight.

It is in the airport - that we liked. Nothing to not like - it is a generic hotel.

Excellent location for flights leaving from the North Terminal. Property getting a bit worn from heavy use. Several things in my room were loose/broken, e.g. lamp stand crooked, bathroom lock loose, etc.

Great staff/location. Easy navigation to terminal.

A good hotel at London Gatwick Airport. It is pretty much located at the airport, so one does not need to get out to the open to reach. There is a small tunnel which connects the 2 buildings.
