Room is fine. Arrived at 1.30am, beyond tired, enquired about breakfast and was told No and pointed to the lifts. Does this mean they don't do breakfast? You can't add it at the point of checking in? I guess i'll never know as i wouldn't want to come bqck.

Very convenient place to stay for an early flight with connecting passage way into Gatwick North terminal. Rooms were very quiet and clean. Staff very helpful at all times. Easy check in/ out. My only small complaint was my bed wasn’t too comfortable felt like it had a big hump in the middle.

I had originally requested a bath, I reminded reception when I arrived and was told it would have to be a single bed, so I agreed as I have back problems. I had an awful night due to the sunken matress. I looked at the matress and it looked old and there was a topper. I layed out 3 pillows on the matress in order to sleep. I had a flight at 9am the next morning, I had an awful night. I told reception in the morning and was told this would be passed on, to this date I have not heard anything. I have a foto of this bed.
