Reception staff were super-helpful. Christina(?) in particular was very helpful upgrading our room as our Expedia VIP Gold member reward and also ensuring we had a quiet room as I am a really light sleeper. Have lowered the room score only as the aircon noise developed through the night getting louder to the point that it kept waking us both up (my husband doesn’t normally wake at all). Otherwise room was well-appointed and immaculately clean - we both remarked how sparkling the bathroom was, so well done to housekeeping, as well as front-of-house/reception.

Always stay here when flying from Gatwick. It is just so convenient to and from the terminal. The staff are always polite friendly and helpful and the breakfast is always good

A very short stay at a lovely hotel

A very brief stay for a sleep before getting a 5:30 flight from Gatwick. Circumstances meant we arrived at 8:30 and departed at 3:00 the next morning. Check in was very easy, room was what we expected and our automated wake up call was on time. Next time we hope to have a meal, drink in the bar and enjoy ourselves!

It can be pricey for a night for a family but it cant be beaten for convenience. The inside restaurant can get full up at the peak time, reducing the dining options.
