No better than a travel lodge but three times the price. Staff couldn’t find the original booking for 10 mins, internal facing room to lobby was far too noisy and room was not clean. The standards there have dropped, your better off in the travel lodge further up the road and walking an extra 5-10 mins to the terminal.

Missing property, lack of action

Please consider avoiding this hotel. I travelled with my husband and baby and forgot an item upon checkout. I realised within an hour so promptly emailed them (checked out at 6.50, emailed them at 08:15. Only to be told the item had not been found. I can say with 100% certainty that I left the item within the room and therefore the reception staff either deemed by email as trivial considering their heavy footfall or that the housekeeping staff decided to keep the item. With this in mind I cannot knowingly recommend this hotel and will not be staying in future.

Appalling.

A kindle was left in the room. We called and emailed within an hour of leaving the hotel at 0700hrs - no one had cleaned the room by that time. The hotel never responded until we called again and they said it wasn't there. Very very unhappy.

Always excellent and perfect for early flights I had left my wallet in the room and gone to terminal amd after contacting reception they were quick to retrieve it and return it safely to me before my flight .
