1) Check in - we emailed several hours in advance to advise that we would be late checking in, but this was neither acknowledged or replied to, and in fact when we finally arrived one of the men on reception said that we had cancelled part of our booking - not the case. 2) The entire check in process took over 10 mins at circa 6.30 am, even though there were no other guests checking in at that time. 3) The hotel likes to push its French persona with, its breakfast menu being in French, yet does not have continental power points, at least in our room. 4) No remote control for the TV.
