The cardless automation to the room - using your phone to activate the lifts and enter the room was great. While there was free coffee in a separate room, the coffee wasn't the best. The room itself was compact and had just what you needed for an overnight stay. The big disappointment for the room was the 'Window View' that I paid for - the view was of the back of the workings of Gatwick airport - lot's of pipes and office windows - so due to this I kept the blinds down as felt people in the offices may be able to see into the room. So I'd recommend saving money on a window room - this wasn't a view that needed a window!
