House is beautiful but could use some updating inside especially rooms. Altho bath was great, already updated. Staff was friendly but got upset that we disnt order breakfast or use their car service to the airport because it was no included and was expensive for being 5 mins to the Gatwick airport.

Chose the late arrival option, decided to choose the “budget” option as I only needed a room to sleep as I had a late flight and leave early morning to go home, less to say this was AMAZING value for price had everything you’d need and felt very homesy

Great location to be able to walk to the train to catch into London for the afternoon/evening. Seems to be enough parking as well. They also offered to keep our bags a couple hours earlier than our room was available. The common areas are nicely decorated. The room was underwhelming. The bed was a bit smaller than we like. The linens were nice. In the room we had the little sink is beside the bed with the carpet under it and the wall is all splashed next to it. It’s a bit awkward but functional. The toliet/shower was a small cramped corner room/closet but again clean and functional. For us this was the most affordable option which was relatively clean and walking distance to train station and included a light breakfast. Basically the fellow who runs the place makes you toast and eggs if you like. Again clean and as advertised.

We had an excellent stay at The Lawn. It is an easy walk from the station and to a number of take-aways and restaurants. We chose to buy food from a supermarket and were able to eat at the wooden, covered table and benches just outside the property, which worked very well for us.

Very clean and comfortable

We was only there for a 11 hours, just to sleep overnight as it’s close to the airport. It was very clean and very comfortable. Usually we have to get 2 rooms as we are a family of 5 so this was perfect as we only needed one room.

Such a lovely place to stay, and the owner is so friendly and helpful. Also a great location close to the airport, Horley station and the shops/restaurants of Horley (a nice choice of places). Definitely recommend
