We stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved it. The place was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great stay. It felt like a perfect home base for our time in Hawaii. The staff was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

It’s a nice and clean room and in a good location. The hotel has lots of amenities. It’s close to the beach as well. We were pretty happy with our stay. The host was quick to respond as well. They also provided us with some beach chairs and other fun things which was really convenient. There was only a couple downsides to note. They only provide one tiny 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, one body wash of the same size, and one lotion of the same size and they will not provide any more. Not a huge issue but you will have to go buy extra. Also parking is 45/night at the hotel and it is valet only. For most nights we were able to find some cheaper street parking but be prepared to spend quite a bit of money on parking. Again we were very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The hotel itself is great and it is close to everything. The room was clean, however we ran into some problems and the host does not respond right away. First, the WiFi was terrible, I could not use my phone and it kept timing out. 2nd there was construction during our whole stay, which we were unaware of. 3rd there was protesting going on, which woke us up early morning and went on for a few hours. Due to all of this I didn’t enjoy my stay, I would have preferred the other place I stayed at prior. Not really relaxing.

Enjoyed our stay however there were a few things that I recommend be addressed:1. the mattress on the bed is very uncomfortable and the sheets do not fit properly2. the kitchen garbage needs to be replaced with one that you do not have to touch the lid to open (it was also broken0

Honeymoon beach getaway

Superbly clean, newly remodeled. Love the ilikai!! Lanai view was street/Mountain View. Love Pesca! Amazing views of ocean and harbor, breakfast was delicious and staff was excellent!

Stay at Ilikai

The condo was fabulous. The door code worked great and was very fast. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Has a nice view of city. The restaurant downstairs was very good and the poke restaurant was awesome also. I will stay again.

Great room, just had some issues I think could be resolved

Great room. The view of the city is actually nice. Bed was comfy. However at one point in the stay the ceiling started leaking fairly bad. Water dripping from the lights and AC unit. We called and messaged the property manager and they showed zero urgency in getting things resolved. They initially said to wait until morning however I let them know that wasn’t the smart thing to do with the leak pouring from the lights. They had security check it the following day. The leaking stopped but the ceiling was damaged from water. We inspected the AC and noticed LOTS of mold spurs inside of it that we clearly were breathing in. Hopefully they get it all resolved. Otherwise, good room.

Highly recommend this place

We loved staying at this condo. It was the perfect size for the three of us, and included everything we needed from beach towels to items in the kitchen, ironing board, and more. Check in was seamless and easy. The AC worked well. I didn’t cook much, but I reheated food and found the kitchen had everything I needed and more. I booked this spot last minute and it was the most competitively priced compared to staying at a hotel. The location is great, and really close to the lagoon, where my kids and I wanted to spend time. The pools were also nice. My kids are 4 and loved the wading pool on the second floor, partly because it’s shallow, and partly because there are fewer people there vs the main pool. There is some water damage that other reviewers mentioned behind the toilet but I called the management company to report it at check in to note it’s not from us. The wait for the elevators wasn’t bad either compared to what I read, there are 4 elevators and it can be full, but it’s fine. I didn’t use the laundry machines on this visit, but it was nice to have that there in case I needed to. Loved our stay here and would def stay here again on our next trip!

We stayed here for 3 days and it was located in a perfect location. There were some minor issues we came across: PROS: - Check in was easy and the room was nice and comfortable. - The view was nice for a city view - The shops in the lobby were great, we loved the market for getting essentials (especially when we realized the room didn’t include any cooking oil) - The cafe has really good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. - Laundry down the hallway was handy (tip: it’s $3 and doesn’t take coins, you need a credit card to use washing machine and dryer) CONS: - it’s quite loud from the traffic below when the doors are open, once closed it’s not bad. - the elevators sometimes take a long time, especially in the morning when it is busy (we had to wait to get on an elevator with space for us 5 times in a row one morning, took us 15 min) A few cleanliness details we came across were: - The rug was quite dirty, could really use a shampoo or replacement - We had to rewash some dishes because the glasses had a funny smell to them and there was some food stuck to the plates (the listing mentioned that a dishwashing tablet was included but we couldn’t find it anywhere which is probably why they weren’t cleaned properly.) - There is no broom, I saw a Swiffer in the closet but there were no pads for it, so we had to lug the vacuum out anytime we needed to clean up sand etc. a broom would have been handy. All in all it was a good stay.

Worth It.

The place is as pictured. Nice and clean. Has a beautiful view of the city especially at night. I also have to say that there was an endless supply of bath towels on hand which was great. However, the one thing i do wish this listing had was a full length mirror as we were in need of one due to the multitude of events we attended over the weekend. Also, the 5x7 carpet is in need of being changed out. Hopefully, the updates will had occured before our next stay. Nevertheless, it's still kudos all around for this unit.

Relaxing

My husband and I were overjoyed that the property was just like the photos and furthermore the mattress, linens and pillows were extremely comfortable. I wish I knew what brand it was to purchase for our home. Communication was easy and the space was easy to maintain. We vacuumed the floor and rug/ bathroom when dust or food debris was on the floor and we were provided with plenty dishwashing pods to keep the dishes cleaned throughout our stay. We had all we needed to cook as well. If we come back to Honolulu we plan to book here again!
