"While the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room had been cleaned, the property was in really rough shape. There was an old water leak in the ceiling just above the bed (2’ sq) that was poorly patched, the sheets and bed were reminiscent of 1973, the tops of the side table were lifted and warped, and the shower area showed mold that was covered by caulking. I had to stay near my health clinic during spring training in Scottsdale and hotels I usually stay at were booked or outrageously priced so my options were limited. Despite the nice staff I will never stay at this property again. "
