The staff is incredible!! Super helpful. The hotel is the most central place in Helsinki—everything is in walking distance. Excellent, spacious room.

In this instance, you get much more than you pay for. The hotel staff made me feel valued and was courteous at every interaction. The provided breakfast alone was worth the money paid for the stay, be sure to check that out. The TV has the option for Youtube and Bluetooth use, which is way better ...
Good location, quiet, no problems. Bathroom was a bit weird, but ok.
hotel was very pleasant and staff very friendly. the first day there was a problem : when i got back my room had not been cleaned; however, they cleaned it when i went to dinner (which was complimentary) and left a small bottle of champagne by way of apology!
Spacious rooms. Close to museums and some good restaurants. Cool furniture. Extensive breakfast.
Very conveniently situated. Staff go out of their way to be helpful.
