The Hotelli Finn has comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Central location makes it a great choice at a reasonable price. Helpful front desk staff. The bathroom shower is the type that makes the entire bathroom wet and is the only downside to staying here.
The location is really good in between the design district and the main shopping street. Good restaurants all around the hotel. The rooms have fun decor, good comfortable beds and very helpful front desk staff.
From outside the hotel does not look nice, including the elevator, reception and corridors. When we arrived in my wait from the sidewalk until the room my expectations were too low. However the hotel room is surprisingly good. Size is good, cleaning is good and the bathroom is very well equipped and clean. I do recommend it.
Situated just on the edge of the central sector of the city, this hotel is well positioned for exploring the city on foot. Within walking distance of the train station and also close to the tram network. Limited facilities, but adequate for a short stay.
Pretty average, but nice and clean. Room was quite small. Hotel is placed very central close to shopping, nightlife and transport. Our room was a bit awkwardly placed with the reception it self being right outside our day.
This little hotel is for those that favors location location location. The bath room is so small that you have to step outside of it to turn around. Very good coffee in the "lobby". Friendly service and the staff was fluent in english.
Hotel is located in the heart of Helsinki. Shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Tram line is within 3min walking distance. Reception and rooms are located on the 6th floor of the building and there is only one small elevator available. Staff was very friendly. Room for four person was pretty good in size but the bathroom was really small. The building is quite old so I guess there could be noise coming from the hallway but other that that it was nice 'n quiet. Price was also quite cheap compader to many other hotels in the Helsinki city centre.
I really liked the hotel. The room was modern and clean, and with big windows. The bathroom was small, but it was fine. The people at the front desk were all very polite and helpful. The complimentary tea at the reception was very nice, and there were all types of tourism brochures yu could get. Location was great, next to Kamppi station and shopping centres, with lots of places to eat around, and in walking distance from the attractions.
The hotel was fine and under construction when we visited. The front desk closes late at night but if you are arriving very late you may have issues. I was given instructions on how to enter the hotel after hours. Unfortunately the introductions for the main door wouldn't work and we waited outside for a long time, nor the phones numbers nor the buzzer. Luckily the front desk person saw us while he was leaving and let us in, after that we were on our own but the rest of the process was easy, the instructions work after we were in! The hotel is small but cozy we only spent the night as we were leaving Helsinki the next day. Its central location and closeness to the train station made it a plus for us.
The location is exceptional, very close to the train station and just in the town center. The hotel staff were very helpful to everything we needed. The room was simple, maybe a little old fashioned, but big enough for three people. I will strongly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Helsinki.
