Hotel good price for what's offered. Single room small but adequate. Bathroom very small but useable as required. Hotel tired but clean and good breakfast. Three lifts so usually no long waiting time. All staff helpful and polite.

Someone who gives this hotel more than three stars average to this property must be getting paid. The place is old, the heating doesn't work properly, and the bathroom is just a joke. Breakfast is good

Only three minutes from the station. Friendly efficient staff used to the questions & needs of tourists. Room was clean & comfortable though there was the distant rumble of trams even on the 5th floor. A tasty breakfast was appreciated but weird to only offer bacon at an extra cost. There are no bargains in Finland but Hotel Arthur offered reasonable value for money

Cozy, old style, hotel in the heart of Helsinki. Staff is very friendly. It looks like part of the hotel has been renovated, but some sections were not. A good stay overall.

The staff were helpful. Allowed us to leave our bags in the room early as it was ready. They booked an early morning taxi and made us a take away breakfast. Great location for walking into town.

This hotel is very conveniently located from the central station, within a very short walking distance. The room was clean and there are choices available for different number of people (which was very helpful for our group since our members have different arrival and departure dates). The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel staff allows flexibility check in (can give us the room as it is available) and check out (allows late check out as requested). The breakfast was also impressive, fresh and with variety of choices. Will recommend this hotel. One little thing to suggest is to provide some more space such as hooks in the bathroom.
