The shower and bed were top notch. I wish my shower worked that well at home. Lol. When I told front desk that I needed a taxi to the airport at 4am he actually reserved me a taxi and told me the price I would pay for the ride and then he said he would get me some breakfast before I left. A couple of hours later ten minutes before 4am I saw this decent breakfast spread in the lobby (something far better than I could make). I quickly got a coffee and yogurt. I easily could have eaten more things there. That's the kind of service that's exceptional and if I'm back in Helsinki I will be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for your excellent service.

Comfortable, stylish hotel.

Comfortable, stylish hotel with very good facilities. Room was spacious and provided superb views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, breakfast choices were extensive and plentiful. Skyroom bar provides great views across Helsinki and serves a wide range of drinks. The city centre was only a short tram ride away. The only negative during our stay was the supposed allocation of time slots for breakfast, which was not implemented and resulted in chaos on the Saturday morning.
