Overall, the hotel was good for the value. The room itself was actually pretty nice- it was spacious, had a desk, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was not clean. The floors were sticky, the floors had clearly not been vacuumed, and the bathroom was overall unclean. ...
I spent 2 nights and it felt very comfortable Great king bed! I had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine with Starbucks.. I also received 500 points for afixing the “ Make a clean choice” tag on my door. Very nice staff..,
Very pleased with this Springhill Suites hotel. It was very modern & clean throughout. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Also there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Nice hotel close to some restaurants/plazas, the staff was super friendly and the guest service helped me with every request I had. They also offer a free shuttle service to UNC and dowtown of Chapel Hill (this was awesome!). The restaurant next to the hotel does not offer a plenty of options but ...

Pleasant stay, good value, nice location (not to far from Duke University).
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable! The breakfast was fantastic, although the advertising is a little misleading because you do have to pay for the eggs for breakfast, which isn't stated on the website. I don't mind paying at all, it's the fact that what's advertised is not what's given. Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend this beautiful inn to friends and colleagues. My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous time and hated to leave.
my sister and I stayed for 4 days, the room was awesome and the continental breakfast was more than satisfying, We recommend this hotel to anyone going to north carolina
The room was very comfortable, 4th floor facing Franklin St, and there was a very nice "seating" area outside the room which acted like a living room for those of us staying at the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it was possible. Unfortunately, the toilet in my room would not flush (the float in the tank stuck open) and there was no maintenance staff available to correct the problem and no available rooms in which to move. The staff was very apologetic and compensated me for the problem encountered.
