Excellent stop over for the night. Accepts pets! Adjacent to within walking distance to Cracker Barrel.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shuttle service was a great feature and made getting around very easy.

All the staff is super friendly, and the beds were so comfortable. We love the convenience of having the restaurant and bar inside the hotel. There was a small problem at checkout that someone had charged drinks to my room but it was quickly cleared up and credited back to my card. Will be staying again very soon.

2nd time stay. Beds are comfortable! Worth the price considering you are close to 85 and do not have to deal with circling around 40. Staff is extrememly helpful and excellent service.

I was exceptionally pleased with the hotel. The facilities are relatively new and well maintained. The room was clean, modern and in general outstanding. The staff were courteous. The hotel is located near Duke University and its medical center, and the amenities included a free shuttle that would take you anywhere in a 5 mile radius. The food at the hotel restaurant exceeded expectations and was reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Durham. Duke has used this hotel for some of its reunions and it is far better than several others that I have stayed at in this area.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautiful suite and great location!

I was in Durham to visit my sister who is a freshman at Duke. I picked this hotel because it's close to the East Campus where freshmen live and because it was relatively cheap. It was an adequate place to stay, but don't let the Hilton name fool. It's definitely not tre chic. If you want something more upscale stay at the country club by West Campus or just stay in Raleigh or Chapel Hill.

Hotel personnel nice, but manager who was doing the shuttle was exceptional. Girl who checked us out on 10/14 needed improvement in customer service. Room comfortable and clean but bathroom door had been patched with metal...not a good feeling of excellence.

Great a hotel but on Saturday night we couldn't sleep due to noise on our floor and after the 3rd call in to the front desk we found out that our floor was the center of a teenage slumber party for the kids of the Durham area. We had to move floors in the middle of the night in our pajamas and leave all of our luggage in the first room. This was a huge deal b/c I had a 9 month old and a small dog that barks at noise (I had to hold him all night before we moved so he wouldn't get up and bark). I just think that they should have considered things like that when assigning rooms - especially with a baby involved. This slumber part was only on the second floor so there were a lot of other rooms they could have put us. The man that helped us move in the middle of the night was very helpful though.

The air conditioning leaked all over the floor and some of my belongings. If the air was on, you didn't hear the noisy highway…. At all hours. The front office staff was nice and helpful, for the most part. The service in the dining area was awful. Next time I think I will try another hotel since there are many to choose from in the area.

Very clean. Upper class hotel for the price.

We picked this hotel because it was close to Duke University and we were visiting there for a basketball game. We found the hotel to be very clean, the staff tremendously helpful and friendly, and the perfect location. They had computers in the lobby for guests to use, a great bar & grill, and the front desk employees were very knowledgable and willing to help.

Liked this hotel, VERY close to highways, very close to Duke (which was my main reason for visiting the area), friendly staff, very clean. Only drawback was the drainage in the tub in our room specifically was pretty bad. I would've asked to change rooms, but my stay was only a day and change, so didn't make too much of a fuss about it.
