The room we were given had bugs. We didn’t realize it as we had gotten in late (2:30 am)and were busy at doctors apts the whole next day. When we arrived back in the room we, my husband, myself and small child all had bites on us after being in the room for two hours. We called the front desk and asked for alt room. They proceeded to argue with my husband about transferring rooms. They also stated this is an orbitz problem if we wanted reimbursement (going from a suite to a nonsuite room) for the room, stating “we shouldn’t have gone through a third party.” Then proceeded to ask for pictures of the bites. This is highly inappropriate, terrible customer service.

When I come back to North Carolina I don’t plan on staying here again. I only like staying places That are accommodating and understanding. We asked to check out a day early because of unfortunate circumstances back at home. The Hotel wasn’t willing to work with our reservation and let us do so. On top of that the hotel is a little rundown. Our refrigerator had a constant buzzing sound which was annoying. Then the air-conditioning was rather obnoxious during the start up and shutdown. Made nights a little hard.
Convenient location. Friendly staffs. Very helpful when i asked to change room as i discovered someone smoke in non smoking room.

They lie and took 100 dollars saying it was dog pop in the room and that’s not true cuz I have a doberman pincher and is no way I would miss it after checking the hole room me and my wife . I try calling them to see any proof and they kept hanging up on me so I reported them.
There is some white dust like substance on my room floor next to the coffee maker. Some staff are nicer than others but they are all ok. Lots of convenient parking in front.
The property needs updating. There was no sanitation seal on the door. The floor molding was detached, wallpaper separating, carpet old, a roach crawling by the coffee machine and a shower curtain torn. At least the bed and bathroom appeared to be clean.
The staff are great and they try. Can see that the property needs some maintenance and TLC.
I like that as soon as I walked in the building I was impressed of how clean and well decor yet simply Elegant me.
Room had a very musty smell and there was mold in the bathroom. Hand lotion had been previously used. Not up to the standards I’ve enjoyed at other Hilton’s around the country. But I love their beds!

Found a living bedbug on the bed. Called the front receptionist and told me it was more than likely a flea due to hotel being pet friendly. A really nice manager came to my room and stated, “yup, that’s a bedbug”! He accommodate us to a new room and gave us free breakfast and 25 dollars off at the bar. Also, the bathrooms in particular were very dirty. I would not stay there again.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. Will not acknowledge you even standing at the Covid appropriate distance at the front desk. Asked for a final bill at checkout and was told the cannot see it. I'll have to check my booking agency. Called back and gave my email address to have it email and suddenly it can be done. The person took the email address, said okay it done then disconnected the call. The hallways were dirty. There was a plate and napkin sitting on the floor when we checked it around 2:00pm and it was still there at midnight. Of the 2 elevators, only one worked. It was quicker to use the stairs than to wait on the elevator. Stayed for 3 nights and had no housekeeping. We had to ask front desk for bathroom tissue. However, housekeeping came at 8:30 on the check day. Had to ask her to return twice-check out is noon. The room at check in was clean.
