My favorite hotel in Duke!

This was our 2nd stay and we love it! It’s so convenient to the hospital and plenty of places to eat! The staff is amazing and the rooms are so clean! Breakfast was wonderful!

The receptionist who checked me in was very rude upon asking question. I believe that lady should not be working as a front line greeter to the customer visiting the city. That ladys presence made my impression on the city durham so poorly. I can take little run down old facility but cannot accept rudeness of the staff. Very poor management

First night was great everything was clean and comfortable. We checked out but had to stay another night we were put in different rooms. The rooms were clean bed comfortable but the tv had no streaming channel and the heat would not get over 67 degrees completely different from the first night. To be fair they were upgrading the property so this may have had something to do with it.
