The hotel is a bit shabby. Our double was not available so they upgraded us to a suite. The suite was dark and dated. The hot water did not work in the shower. The pull out was un-sleepably uncomfortable.

The suite was spacious for 2. The bed was comfortable. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and UNC campus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again..

The room itself was very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great, so I went out every morning to eat instead. The computer downstairs in the business center was extremely slow and I couldn't get it to load internet explorer so I gave up after 15 minutes. I frequently travel to this area, and the room is pretty cheap, so I'll be back.

Staff was courteous, room was clean, breakfast was eh, I've had better. Overall an OK visit.

Just needed a hotel room for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean as well. No complaints!

We stayed for family weekend at my child's college. It was close and convenient to the college . The staff was helpful and friendly. It was our second time staying there .

The cost was quite good. However, I found the halls and the room a bit drab. There was a smell that I did not like but cannot put a name to it. The bed and bath were clean and I got a good night's rest. the staff was very nice and helpful.

Fine I just won't book through the travel company ever again

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room and the friendliness of the staff. What I was not pleased with the drain in the shower was very slow to train. My shower started filling up the bathtub. Also the hots water shut off about 3 minutes into my shower. Cold showers aren't fun! One last minor gripe was the plates that they use at the breakfast buffet are cheap and flimsy. They need to invest in better paper plates.

Straightforward routine stay. Efficient and served the primary function of a hotel stay. Not a fan of hotel carpeting. Convenient to Duke and Duke Medical Center.

It's a standard hotel room. That's a good thing. Exactly what I needed and expected for a fast business trip. The major plus was the staff were able to accomodate early check in for me at 9am so I could get ready for an important interview. Huge help and I appreciate the flexibility on the staff's part for that. The staff were pretty friendly overall. Breakfast is a hot continental breakfast (eggs+hamm+continental). No complaints.

The lobby was a little old and tired but our room was very clean, comfortable, newer and fitted with a microwave, refrig and coffeemaker. Wanted a NS room and was told on checkin that we had one on 4th but hallway could smell like smoke since mixed did we want one on first that was handicap accessible. We were worried about noise but it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and covers. Only major downer was breakfast very crowded. Room way too small. Food ok but needs to be restocked faster and tables cleaned. Overall a better than average Comfort Inn.

Very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. Good selection of shopping venues close by.easy to find.nice breakfast selection. Comfortable beds. Heater was kind of noisy and a little hard to control, either high heat or slightly cool. I will be returning to this place on my next visit!

Our family stayed in this hotel for family weekend at the university. The room was a one bedroom suite and it was just the right size and layout for our family. The price was higher due to the special weekend so the value was not what you would expect for this type of hotel. This hotel was good and the location was great. Breakfast is included. We would stay here again!

I slept well, but only after I removed a pillow with a dirty pillowcase. Good location and price.

The location is great - right off I-40 and very easy to find. The staff is helpful and efficient. Our room did NOT smell of smoke, which was a relief since we had asked for a non-smoking room, but in the Carolinas this can be a toss-up. The bathroom sink had a slow drain, and so did the commode, but other than this, the room was basic, but clean and comfortable. All amenities noted were provided and the Internet connection was great. For the first time in my life a hotel room was at a comfortable temperature when I walked in, and remained so.

The hotel room was satisfactory. Nothing special, but clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of several restaurants.

Staff at the front desk are very hospital. I found when they answer phones, they even smile sincerely despite the fact that person on the other end of phone will never see their smiles. The shuttle driver is a nice guy too.

This Hotel was very nice! My family and I traveled to Durham to visit other family members that live there, and just to get away for the weekend. The staff was very friendly and the room was gorgeous. What I loved most about the room was the painted walls in the room. I'm so used to going to a hotel with white walls, but this one wasn't. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was a plus!

we dropped our bags after check in and went to an event. When we got back to our room we discovered our room had fleas. We called the desk and were told they didn't allow pets, so we didn't have fleas. We had to kill fleas and take them to the desk in the morning to get moved.
