Bugs, dirt, and hair in shower. My husband plunged and de-clogged the shower drain himself because the water wasn’t going down. The sheets were dirty and appeared to be turned inside out. The carpet smelled and needs to be replaced or at least shampooed. My husband almost fell out of the office chair and another time almost cut himself because the left arm of the chair was broken. There were coffee stains and dust in the coffee/tea cubby. Just filthy! I would NEVER stay again—EVER!

Door locks were not in order, room door was open upon first entry.

The hotel was overbooked for rooms with 2 queens which is what I had reserved abs paid in full to have for my family of 4. The attendant at the service desk said he had a king for us but no rooms with 2 queens. We asked for 2 king rooms since he didn’t have our original room and he said he couldn’t do that. So we had to drive home 3 hours and never stayed in the hotel. We think the service attendant could have made this right somehow and were super disappointed that we couldn’t get a room at 10pm for our family. We will never stay at LaQuinta again.

Property was reasonably clean. Staff friendly. Because of pandemic, no breakfast at all, not even fruit, water or a cookie in a bag like many other hotels. Only 1 coffee pot, and ran out of creamers. No excuse not to have something for travelers.

The staff was super friendly. The internet and the tv worked great. The rooms were not the greatest. There was only 3 normal sized pillows on the king bed and they were really flat and the bedskirt wasnt fully on the bed either. The floor near the AC unit stayed damp, there was no extra toilet paper in the room. One of our rooms didnt even have the doors that hide the mini fridge on it just hindges showing. Overall glad we only stayed one night.

Ants in the room and bathroom Sour smell in the carpet, bathroom ceiling falling into the bathtub!!

Room was huge and clean. Had a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot. Staff were very kind. Had a key issue and staff immediately changed the battery and got me access back to my room.

Had an excellent stay. Bed was comfortable.Appreciated the refrigerator. .Plan to come here again.

Staff is pleasant. Very clean. Would be nice if hotels started requiring guest to fill out applications before they were able to stay; along with a background check. But other than that, I really enjoyed My stay.

The property is tired! It needs a make over! I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and nice, and pet friendly. I had no problems.
