Couldn’t Sleep All Night Because of a Barking Dog

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed by the noise level. There was a dog barking almost nonstop throughout the night, and it made it impossible to get any sleep. I understand that some guests may travel with pets, but the hotel really needs to enforce noise policies or have designated pet-friendly areas that don’t disturb other guests. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they were polite but didn’t seem to take any action to resolve the issue. After paying for a night’s stay, I expected at least a quiet environment to rest, which unfortunately didn’t happen. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their handling of pet-related noise. Until then, I can’t recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Everything was pretty much fine. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work, and there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby when I first arrived, but there was no smell in the room. I let the clerk know about the lights at my checkout.
