This was our first experience at a Microtel and it was a great one. We travel quite a bit and my kids loved how nice this room was. Everything was clean and comfortable. Probably the only improvement could be the breakfast and the area. Not many options and the lay out is quite odd.

We were very happy with this location. Everything was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Very little noise. We stay in this area 4-5 times per year and will check availability for the next trip

AVOID this Stinky Obnoxious hotel

I have used Microtel hotels at other places and was pretty happy with those. Unfortunately this one in Harrisonburg VA has shattered the image of Microtel. Such a dirty hotel with sticky carpets. The room had a terrible odor that I couldn’t sleep the whole night. I arrived at 12:30am and when asked to change the room all that I was offered was another room with a single queen bed (for a family of 4), or cancel the reservation. The front desk staff that night seemed least concerned about the issue. Never booking this again!

Pretty good stay for 2 nights.

Hotel was great. Had hot tub which was in good shape and functional as it should be. The walls are thinner as I could hear another hot tub running at 1 am but it was like white noise. However, the people in the hot tub were a bit loud at 2 am. Continental breakfast is typical with biscuits, gravy, waffle machine, toast, bagels. No eggs, bacon or ham. Oatmeal, two types of cereal (cheerios and raisin brain), coffee , apple juice and 2% milk. No room service, but they use a 3rd party contractor to order food, or you can door dash, or the places around may deliver to hotel. Staff were very helpful and mostly knowledgeable.

Hotel sits a pool distance away from a Ramada Inn. The pool is shared and was very crowded. The staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was limited and the beverages were not cooled for breakfast. They were left out on the counter. I stayed in a jacuzzi room and thankfully I cleaned it out first. Several spiders and other bugs came out of it. Overpriced for the stay.

The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Friendly, Clean & Pleasant

Or room was pleasant and clean. Roomier than other Microtel's we have stayed at. Large outside pool. Easy walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner after s as long day driving.
