The staff are all polite and helpful.
The first room we were assigned to on the third
floor the toilet was clogged/not draining properly. No one was available to fix it.
We were transferred to another room on the first floor, Rm.#129 - although the bedding - linen, bedspread were fresh and clean- the bed headboard, the loveseat looked tired and had stains on the cushion. The room just needs to be refreshed (walls painted, flooring deep cleaned?) to appear more welcoming and bright.
The location of this hotel is perfect for travelers-easy to find, restaurants and stores nearby. This is why we have stayed here about 5 times in the past 3 years when we travel from S.C. where we live and to visit family in N.J.
It looked so much cleaner and brighter before.
Also, breakfast was not as good probably due to the fact we were there two days after Christmas.
Kitchen was not fully staffed. No protein ( no sausage like usual) butter and milk was not available. All the above can easily be fixed.
We would like to continue to stay here next time we travel and hope that things are back to what it used to be.
