Great place to stay. Our only challenge was how to navigate the tv. Only one remote for two tvs. Great location. Easy access to tourist sites as well as shopping. Front desk staff very friendly, Thomas was dry welcoming.

Great one-night stay. Very clean room, excellent staff, and really good breakfast options. Highly recommend this hotel. My ONLY suggestion is to use a milder air freshener in the common areas. As someone who battles asthma, I’m sensitive to strong smells and I felt like it was overpowering when we walked in. Good smell, just too much of it.

This was our first pet-friendly experience & it went perfectly; from start to finish. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean & accommodating (best bathroom setup ever with a walk-in shower!). Would definitely stay again.

I left the following morning at about 10-11am as there were kids running up and down hallway all night. It sounded like a heard of elephants. I did go out there once and asked them to stop but it continued all night long. I didn’t get a minute of sleep. Oh and they were playing with ice machine as well. It was so awful that I only stayed one night and checked out. I did tell the staff what was happening.

No working toilet/ pipes. Maintenance blamed toilet the manager blamed pipes due to a guest flushing a sanitary napkin. Had to use lobby toilet until that broke. Staff did not seem to understand how bad this was not helpful.

My room was very nice and much larger than I expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. There was a free breakfast served. I was only there one night but I will definitely stay here again.
