Welcome to Hampton! Enjoy a short or longer stay in a completely stocked, spacious and charming condo that is perfect for your group (of up to 6). Located in a quiet neighborhood with 2 bedrooms (1 King Bed downstairs, and one room with 2 queens upstairs) and 2 full bathrooms. Cook your heart out with a fully stocked kitchen. Our central location makes it easy to get to all neighboring cities in Hampton Roads and the best of Hampton. Dogs allowed with prior approval and $100 pet fee.
COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, and all frequently used/touched surfaces. We want you to have a peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. Please consider purchasing third party travel insurance as coronavirus restrictions and cases are changing to protect your trip. Our cancellation policy is firm.
*House trained dogs over 1 year old that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog before booking. The pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. A $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Dogs must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied.
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 10 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 10 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.

The place was clean and well kept. Location was close to plenty of places. Kitchen had pretty much anything you need (except a muffin tin lol). Definitely need to bring your own towels because they only supply one per person. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

My daughter and I were immediately impressed with how spacious and clean this home was. Our hosts were very gracious and responsive to any questions we had. This home was well stocked for our kitchen needs and had containers for leftovers and even batteries if we had needed, even plastic spoons for on the go. We loved our week in this home.

Very comfortable!
We had everything we needed. The clock in the dining room had stopped and needed a new battery. I bought some and replaced it and then opened the silverware drawer and saw replacement batteries! Our hosts had everything covered! One question. The online directions asked us to leave the sheets on the bed but the written instructions on the folder said to strip the beds. We opted to leave them on but it was a question. Thank you for a comfortable stay perfect location 3 miles from our family.

Perfect for our basketball tournament weekend

Virginia visit
This place couldn’t have been more perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everyone to either be together or have their own space. We love to cook and aren’t real big on going out to eat. The kitchen was very well-stocked with pots, pans and dishes plus extras like cooking oil.
There was an issue with the internet and it was taken care of quickly. Super nice maintenance guy! No complaints at all. Hope to stay here again.

Great stay
Nice townhouse with good layout and all the things needed to stay for a week. The location was excellent and very close to bay beaches, but back into the business area far enough to give easy access to shopping and food. Very many nice and thoughtful touches and extras provided. Host was very attentive and responded to any feedback. We will definitely have this on our short list for a future stay.

Super cute and clean , the decor was cute , the check in was super easy and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, a little bit of drive to Virginia Beach but that is my own fault for not checking that !! I would stay there again me and my kids enjoy , thank you ❤️
