Had an enjoyable stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Hotel is walking distance to the lake and close to transport. Friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely go back for a longer stay.

Remote location; room small and outdated; the shower water is cold, despite turn to hot water, so end up with no shower for 2 nights. The room rate is unreasonably high.

雪の為お迎えをお願いしたら、とても感じの良い応対をして下さり、すぐにお迎えに来て下さってとても助かりました。ホテルに着くと、「寒かったでしょう」と優しいお言葉とコーヒーを出して下さり、心も身体も暖まりました。犬連れにも優しく、夕食も朝食も美味しく、また行きたいとおもいました。

夕食は予約していなかったのですが、急なオーダーに快く応対してくれ、美味しいピザをいただきました(^｡^) また、おすすめの観光スポットを教えて頂き、空いている時間帯なども教えてもらいました。時間に余裕があれば二泊くらいすると、もっと楽しめたかな(^^)

露天風呂は最悪

悪い点冬季は露天風呂のシャワーを止めてあるので温度調節できず、熱過ぎてお湯に浸かれず外は寒くて最悪でした。片方は排水出来ず、前に入った方のお湯のままで最悪でした。室内にユニットバスがありました。部屋は木造ですので壁が薄く音が気になると寝不足になります。良い点ペット同伴できる。
