We had a great time in this hotel. It was very close to the Gora station. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and American items to choose from. Also enjoyed the private onsen to relax after a day of outdoor activities. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel/spa with a wonderful staff. The property looks new and is set amongst trees. It has many amenities including an outdoor foot bath, separate onsen for men and women, plus private onsen that can be reserved. The location is great — a 3-minute walk from Gora station and many local restaurants and shops. Washio at the front desk was very helpful and thorough in answering my questions and providing directions about how to reach the different parts of the large property. I received a complimentary upgrade, which I appreciated very much. The breakfast buffet was a large spread with both Asian and western foods. I highly recommend this place if you visit Hakone area!
