This place was so beautiful. We did not want to leave. The staff were so lovely and amazing. The buffet was 10/10. The view was amazing from the hotel. Very good location. Honestly can’t fault it, we would come back for sure.

Beautiful hotel. Great buffet. Great staff. A lot of places to relax. We have a tatoos but we still could use public onsen covering them with the special stickers provided by hotel. Also we had a free upgrade to the highest floor. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Ten Yu and really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely in-room tub that added a touch of luxury. The public onsen was beautiful and well-maintained—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the hotel is quite far from the train station, which made getting there a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, the food was also underwhelming and didn’t live up to expectations, especially given the overall quality of the property. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the onsen experience.
