Easy to get to, amazing staff that can flexibly switch from Japanese to English if needed. Food is amazing, the Japanese Breakfast is both beautiful and delicious.
Nice accommodations, calm hot springs baths, both public and private.
Would return for another Ryokan getaway.
We had an amazing experience here. The staff were amazing, the rooms very comfortable, the food fantastic. It is a bit further away from the main activities of Hakone, but the team will help you navigate the bus system, which was relatively efficient.
Everything was great with attentive accomodating staffs, tasty food (half board), usage of the private onsen.

The perfect relaxing location for anyone looking for a peaceful break from the bustle of Tokyo. The attentive service made the stay even more stress free and relaxing. The meals were exceptional and delivered in cozy private dinning space. I will be recommending this to anyone thinking of going to Japan.
The property was new, very beautiful, private onsen was 10/10 and super relaxing. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting to try an onsen experience.
The service, room, food, and onsen were all 10/10. Not too busy, someone was always available when we needed them. Seriously the food alone was worth the cost to stay the night. I would definitely come back.
After a long trip across Japan, this stay was exactly what I needed. The hotel, amenities and staff were all fantastic. The bedroom was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed at. The private onsen helped rejuvenate my body after days of walking and helped me feel brand new again and ready to conquer the last leg of my trip and not to mention the food at this establishment was for lack of a better word, insane. Highly recommend a detour to hakone and this property.
