Unbelievable location a little tricky driving at night very windy road. Views are beautiful hotel is ok a little dated but your in a beautiful spot. Not like a Marriott but more like a holiday inn . But you open your window and are 100 ft from the water.
The view.Near the city of ponce.well convenient. I do not like to write 50 characters to leave a comment.
It’s very close to all attractions ! The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly
The property was great with the exception of the bed (it felt like a box spring) and the chair in the room was full of sand. Overall we had a good time at the property.
Yes very close to everything I needed staff members very engaged making every one happy
Lobby/pool/breakfast :) Room cleanliness/ bad air conditioning in room/ not enough channels. :(
I was satisfied with the service. Not much amenities.
El elevador estaba dañado, tuvimos que subir las escaleras hasta el cuarto piso. El cuarto estaba en condiciones pobres. El hotel en sí estaba precioso, el lobby muy bonito decorado.
No hot water on the 3rd day. No restaurant available
