The reservation was done for the wrong day! I am sure I made the request correctly, but the hotel was full and Expedia engine probably changed it (a programming issue) to the next day.
Upon arrival (at midnight) it was quite chaotic since the hotel was full, but a guest had left early and we got a room.
The hotel has some nice features and others are suboptimal. The light in the bathroom is so poor, that I had to put my makeup using the hallway mirror.
The front desk is disorganized and gave us a lot of conflicting information. We requested late checkout for 1:00 pm, since our trip was to scuba dive The Wall and the boat arrived past 12:00PM, but the morning front-desk staff was forcing us out at 12:30 even though the hotel was not booked for the day.
Breakfast starts at 8, which is too late if you want to do any morning tour or scuba diving.
The hotel has potential, but customer service is sketchy.
