It took 40 min to check in because they said my Expedia reservation is not in the system. Then all of a sudden it was. The colleague traveling with me was given a card key for a room already occupied by another person. The front desk personnel was kind and was trying to help but ultimately I was left with the impression that there is a complete chaos at this hotel.

The hotel was within walking distance to the main shopping atras in Buchannon street and St Georges square. Plenty of choice og restaurants nearby. I wouldnt recommend it if you have trouble walking ad yhe area id very hilly. Our family was ok but didnt have any sockets behind or near the beds so wr haf to request an extension lead for my daughter's Cpap machine. The toilet is separate to the bathroom but doesnt have a wash hand basin. Our tea/ coffee and milk wasn't "topped up" so we had to go to reception to ask for more , we stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was good with adequate choices, staff need to check more frequently though when food was running low e.g eggs. Overall, we had a lovely weekend and would stay here again.
