Stay comfortably in my cozy cottage. This will be your home away from home. Allergy friendly! Close to Colorado Mesa University, Stocker stadium, the hospitals and the Colorado National Monument. One minute walk to Columbine Park. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig maker plus coffee, pods, sugar, and powdered creamer. Cold brew coffee maker, tea, and bottled water provided. Private backyard with fruit trees, and lots of outdoor seating. Long-term renters welcome.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This place was perfect for our extended weekend. It was clean and comfortable. We were there for the Palisade Bluegrass Festival, which was an easy 15-minute drive up the road. We will likely want to stay here again next year!

This home was perfect! It was clean, quaint, comfortable and homey. I loved the kitchen and all the nice touches (like throw blankets, coffee, kitchen utensils, corn hole, picnic table, comfy love seat. Great location (Walmart and restaurants 3 minutes away). My only challenge was that there was only the love seat in the living room, so can't really sit more than 2 comfortably in the living room. Price was great, value was unbeatable!

Great Cottage
We loved our stay. It's cute and cozy. A tiny bit bigger sofa or extra chair would be nice in the living room and mirrors in at least one of the bedrooms would be helpful. We truly enjoued our stay and this little property.
