Even though there wasn’t enough parking, the staff allowed us to park on an unused Diamond Member spot. I noticed other cars still driving around trying to find a spot. Hopefully, their parking fee was refunded.

Super hotel ,super location, great breakfast. Would definitely come again.

We stayed a couple of nights and both nights were awoken several times by slamming doors. The walls seem

We like staying here. Walk to numerous restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, nice staff. Highly recommend.

I am giving this hotel a lower review because of the faulty ventilation system. When I arrived in the room, the system sounded like I am in a train going over wooden rails tracks (a very loud click, click etc), I ignored it at first and I went out for dinner. Later, I went to bed and found that the sound was vibrating through the pillow. It was impossible to ignore. By the way, I had driven 600 miles that day so the sound would have to be loud to keep me awake. At this point I contacted the front desk. They didn't even bother sending maintenance to inspect the situation. Instead they moved me immediately to another room. This suggests that they are aware of the issue. The new room was fine. I still had the inconvenience of packing all my stuff and moving to the other room late at night. On the plus side, the staff handled the situation well. I wasn't offered any discount for this inconvenience though. By the way, the problem room was 240.

It was nice and close to restaurants and a mall. I don't like the fact that they charge for parking.

Nice hotel. Staff was understanding & accomodating. Parking is not included in the stay & is extra ($7/day). There is no indoor pool either. Those are the only downsides.

It was a nice enough place. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was acceptable for continental style. My bed squeeked every time I moved and it was stiff and uncomfortable. So of course I moved a lot. Two nights of bad sleep. Felt overpriced at $199 a night for two nights of bad sleep and an average hotel. Paid for two of our friends to stay in the room across from us and they said it was just average.

The hotel staff was always very helpful and cheerful and all hours of the day and night, even during our late evening checking. After a long drive it was pleasant to see a smiling face.

Newly remodeled very clean. Had outdoor pool but provides pool access at two next door hotels

Nice hotel, but despite reading and following the printed directions I couldn't get the air system to cool the room below 75. Otherwise it was fine. Our van driver was helpful with good dinner recommendations when she picked us up from the car rental drop off.

Room was just remodeled. Quiet and comfortable. Very nice hot/cold breakfast. It was great to be able to walk out the door and stroll on Main St.

We were on a one-night getaway and wanted to stay downtown so the hotel was in the perfect location. We walked to a local brewery at night for dinner and then shopped in the quaint downtown area the next morning. As always, we enjoyed Hampton Inn's complimentary breakfast.

Great location, great breakfast, very friendly staff. They guy that took care of the breakfast area, BEST IVE SEEN! Clean, well stocked and friendly. Hotel has some wear, lots of odd smells and the worse part LOTS OF DOGS, even in the breakfast area, yuck.

Bad experience room smelled, curtain did not work, we could hear the noise from the bathroom in the other room like if they were in our room. Will never get a stay here again.

Most things were very good. Great breakfast, very clean & close to town. You do need easier recharging for cell phones. For handicapped requests toilets need to be higher.

Wanted something for 4 hours during the day. Went in early morning. Had no problem checking in early, room was clea, service efficient as yoy would expect with Hampton. The shuttle was quick to take me to the train station. The driver was helpful. And pleasant.

Great location right downtown on Main Street. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Very clean room and bathroom, comfy beds, and very quiet.
