Great location, great staff

The pool and hot tub were super warm and great for the kids. Room is spacious. Staff polite and helpful. There was no room cleaning at all on a daily basis. You had to call to ask for trash pickup or new towels.

The location is good for ski lift access and bus stop for access to town. We liked the layout of the suite with separate living/kitchenette and bedroom area. Disappointed that the only dishes were a few plates, small cereal type bowls, coffee cups, and drinking glasses. There are no mixing bowls, serving, or storage dishes. With eating out options so limited due to pandemic, it would have been nice to have better supplies for preparing meals in room.

The kitchenette was very basic. A toaster would be nice.

Great location and customer service! Rooms could use a little updating, but still a great stay

Great job keeping us safe during COVID 19...... masks, clean, physical distancing. Thank you

The location of this property is extremely convenient to the ski area, and the accommodations are fine. I would strongly suggest bringing your own pillows if you’re picky about that. Other suggestions for improvement would be more appropriate room decor; Crested Butte is gorgeous, and you would think the pictures in the rooms would be of the area, but they’re cheesy eighties style generic landscapes. Also, the edges of the carpet had a thick layer of dust, so could probably stand to be deep cleaned, and there didn’t seem to be a staircase that led to the lobby. One try had me end up in a staff area, and another led outside. It was annoying having to take the elevator every time just to get to the fourth floor. Even with the negatives, I would stay again for the location.

This property is about 200 yards from the lift and is part of the village at the base of the mountain. The location is perfect if you are looking for a ski in, ski out type of property. They will also store your skis for free at the base of the mountain, the hotel, or the rental shop at Christie’s Sports. There is a free shuttle you can take back and forth to town that runs every 10 to 15 minutes. Their is also a restaurant and bar on the first floor. We stayed and skied for 5 days just after Christmas. We had an amazing time and would definitely do it again. The property is a little older, but in really good shape. The reviews I read about the condition of the property being poor were way out of line.

It was located in a close area and fast and easy to do stuff.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Great location and spacious room. I liked the Murphey bed option.

Nice location and staff friendly. Took three calls second day for toilet tissue and towels (4pm finally arrived). Breakfast was missing items from past or they are now extra.

Needs a lot of updating room was super hot even with windows and fan.

Great location, good size rooms, nicely decorated.

The great thing about this property is how close it is to the mountain.

Spacious rooms, good location, staff was always friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant is good and reasonably priced - but is not open for lunch and closes at 9pm, so don't plan to eat late. Free wifi was too slow to be usable, especially in the mornings and evenings. Most cable channels would not come in. Great indoor/outdoor pool. Outdoor hotub was nice, but very crowded in afternoons.
