Within walking distance of everything downtown

Great place to stay, convenient to Main Street.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Our room was awesome and laid out well, we had a great view even though we were downtown. The location is amazing, walked to restaurants, shops. They had a happy hour in the lobby that served top shelf!

Great location; lovely new hotel; very friendly staff

They nailed it! It's not very often that I don't have at least one criticism, this is one of those rare occasions. Hotel was very clean, up to date in decor and very comfortable. When described as dog friendly, that's exactly what they mean, pets are genuinely welcome there not just tolerated. The pet fee is very reasonable and at no time did I feel that my extremely large dog was anything but another guest. It was a great experience and we will visit this hotel on other trips to Grand Junction.

Nice property in a great location.i like that Big rooms.

We like the downtown location where we can walk to all the downtown businesses and activities

Convenient location to Main St. and Mesa University. Prices are a little high for the quality but staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. Only issue was air/heating unit was not working at all. To be fair I didn’t call the front desk, didn’t want someone in my room in the middle of the night. Room window was blocked, I’m sure for security, so that you could barely open it, so couldn’t get much fresh air either. Both made for a bit of an uncomfortable nights stay.

Courtesy and politeness a tentative of all employees

Great location for visiting Colorado Mesa University students. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Pull out sofa mattress was pretty rough though.

This hotel is a little jewel in Grand Junction. First, the location is perfect; on Main Street, where the local flavor of downtown with shops and restaurants is wonderful and inviting. You can walk to great dining and shopping very easily. The hotel is designed well, and it fits well into the “feel” of the downtown area. I would call it “Mountain urban”. The rooms are well appointed, modern and sleek. A good night sleep is guaranteed in the comfortable beds. The hotel bar is a good draw and the staff is very friendly. The hotel lobby, pool and all facilities are very clean and well maintained. The parking is very convenient. I stayed two nights and my experience was as good as any I’ve had at much more expensive, “high star” hotels. The breakfast was solid, but not great; that was the only thing not ideal, but you can’t expect fine dining from a free breakfast.
