Very nice hotel and staff; good location and a very comfortable stay.
Staff as very nice, location was great and very quite. The bed was comfy. And breakfast was hot.
Pleasant welcome as I arrived. Staff was prompt and courteous throughout my stay.
When we got there, we checked in, got to our room only to find it was not what we made the reservation under. So they were kind enough to change our room, then without looking thoroughly, I found later that night, the caulking in the bathroom was molding, the corners of the bathroom and sink looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, there was a sticky something on the wall next to the light switch, there was a stain on the bed skirting, they didn’t vacuum at all, there was sticky residue on the end tables and computer table. We didn’t have time to go to the pool, I’m sure it wasn’t much different than the room. I understand you get what you pay for, BUT, there is such thing as effort, house keeping is huge. People go on vacations and they don’t want to stay in gross rooms that haven’t been cleaned very well or half ass cleaned. It’s as if the only thing that was clean in our room upon arrival, was the bedding (probably not the blanket) and the new towels. The ice machine didn’t work the majority of the time we were there, they had a little “store” up front for snacks and drinks, but not much of a selection of snacks. Breakfast was pretty good, so that’s a perk if you don’t mind cleanliness. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.
Convenient location and great breakfast. The staff was friendly.
Not in bad shape but a disappointment in comparison to other Marriott Hotels
The room is an average two queen room. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in room. Also, room was very clean! They serve a good breakfast with hot and cold items including bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs (with toppings on the side ie cheese), which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast area is very, very small and only served until 10:00 a.m.on Sunday. Even 10:30 a.m. would have been better, because with a 12:00 p.m. checkout (another bonus as most are 11:00), most people were in this area right before 10:00 a.m. I had to wait in long line to get breakfast. Staff was very nice, they even called room after we had been there a few hours, to see if everything was okay. All in all I would recommend this hotel. Nice staff, great breakfast and fairly priced!
Close to Kraft Baseball Field. We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Similar to many hotels we stay at for tournaments. Close to a variety of dining establishments. Was a little pricey compared to similar hotels.
After coming back at 8 pm the room was never clean, the beds never made no towels, soap or shampoo, the manager was a young kit unable to do any thing for us,[...]
The room was clean, but had the odor of stale cigarette smoke even though the hotel claimed to be completely smoke free. Apparently they had been painting the outside of the hotel, and our window had been covered with a plastic film, so we could not see out. Also, our cable went out the first night we were there. It was late so I waited until morning to inform the front desk. They said they would take care of it, but when we returned at about dinner time, it still had not been fixed. They did get it fixed before we returned that night. The front desk was friendly and they did have a computer in the lobby that helped with getting some local directions.
