It was a chaotic beginning, we arrived in a storm. But still, this is a 5 star property and expensive. We had to wait for our room, and then communication broke down and when our room was ready, no one told us. We were given bad directions (it was in the new lodge area of property) and in the rain and wind, we had to find our way. The lodge rooms are new and not properly outfitted for a 5 star property. No bath mat (bathroom floor slippery and cold), no robes, tea kettle hidden on top shelf of closet, no air circulation. We called for a fan, they said "right away", it never came. There was a wedding at the property so the bar and common areas were full of wedding guests, no place for hotel guests. First day was rough. Second day,
