The quad room was a perfect option with a large double and two twin beds with lots of space to move around.

Staff was great; the property was comfortable and provided easy access to downtown area.

Liked covenant to eyre square. Dirty towels were left in bath from previous travelers. Walls super thin. Could hear the conversations from next room

The toilet didn't flush properly. The sheets seemed like prison sheets, the beds not very comfortable.... but I acknowledge some like a softer bed. Pillows were too soft. Staff was fine, but one late night staffer knocked on our door at midnight saying there was a complaint of snoring. So the beds are laid out back to back and walls must be paper thin. What did he expect me to do ? hold my breath? If there is no rule against snoring at the hotel he should not have woken us up. We were all tired from traveling and it was difficult to fall back to sleep after such a conversation. It was an ok place for 150 per night.... but I'll look harder next time.

Location was fantastic and staff was very accommodating.

This place was awesome - clean, modern and convenient to the square.

Clean hotel in great location. Bed is comfy. But it is an old hotel. Parking lot is very small and you will have to leave your keys with the valet or front desk. The staff is friendly.

The staff is very friendly. It is very difficult to pull in front or near the front of the building with a vehicle because it is a one way at that point. We did use the carpark in back underneath, but it was pretty crowded. It is an old building, the carpet in our room could be changed. Being an older building the floors squeeked a lot and moved when you walked in the room. The room was pretty chilly and the front desk staff (at midnight when we arrived) did come and help us with the heat, but it didn't get that warm. I think the price I paid was a little high for what I received, although it was in downtown Galway. Had I known we wouldn't have the time to walk around the area where the hotel was, I would have probably tried to find something not in downtown Galway for a better price.

Nice stay, good breakfast, friendly staff. Room 406 which faces the road has a nice view but was a little noisy Saturday night, next time I would ask for an interior room.

Great place with great staff. You can walk to everything from here. Highly recommended

We had a two bedroom two bath apartment. Clean and modern, it was also well located for walking around Galway. Friendly helpful employees, and delicious breakfasts. Beautiful view from the rooftop deck!

This hotel is well located near Eyre Park in Galway. We were a close walking distance from Quay street where the bars, pubs, restaurants, and shops are. Parking at the hotel was terrible. There is an underground car park where barely 10 cars can fit so you need to leave your keys at reception because you will undoubtedly be double parked and they will need to move your car. The rooms were ok. We had no air conditioning.

It is an old style bare minimum hotel wil a bed in each room. Mattresses were soft, no amenities, no aircon and noisy if you open the windows, confusing layout befitting a 1950s hotel. Helpful staff. Parking was a challenge as it was filled to the brim. most basic amenities only. Old carpet, musty rooms. Well past its prime. Not trying to be "ugly American" but would be a AAA two-star hotel.

We only stayed overnight, but we enjoyed the time we spent there.
