Stayed in the apartments fri/sat weekend in feb 18 apartments has all mod cons they are clean and warm the location is great we were able to park the car at the western hotel which owns the apartments check in and out was no probs.Would also like to add that my wife forgot her purse and they rang us on the way home and said they would post it to us which they did thank you to all the staff for a plesant stay will deffinetely use these apartments again.

Basic accommodation. Clean & tidy. I’d have rated it as average if it wasn’t for the location. On arrival check-in was nearly an hour late, as the room wasn’t ready. This is the last thing you want after being up since 3am. If you cannot get the rooms ready then perhaps consider changing your checkout time to 11am. The apartments are an excellent size & in summer months would be lovely with great size balcony. Fittings are getting very tatty, missing plugs from the sinks, towel rails missing. Ironing board broken so had to lean it on the worktop to use. Everything else was available in the room so need to take electrical items with you. I would still recommend to stay here as the location is amazing & you aren’t in Galway to stay in the apartment.

My husband and I booked to stay here for two nights over the New Year period with my father and step-mum. We weren't expecting much and just wanted something clean and well located which the property was. The property was easy to find (keys collected from the hotel) and parking easy to find and secure. The building was run down from the outside and very much 3* on the inside. What would have been modern ten years ago is a bit tired looking and shabby now and in need of some TLC. Still, it did the job but if we were returning to Galway, wouldn't stay again.

This apartment was a very good price for the location it’s in and how big and bright the apartment is. Pictures do it no justice! We were up on the 3rd floor with lovely views over the city. Very comfortable sleep too :)

The 2 bedroom apartment was huge and well equipped (including water/dryer). It was well located (above a department store) with free parking and wifi. The only slight difficulty was finding parking to pick up the keys around the corner. There is a great view and a communal garden balcony.

5 star apartment full of facilities and a fabulous view of the city and eyre square. Very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen and sitting room area was fantastic. Secure building and right in the city centre of Galway

My family stayed in the penthouse apartment for 2 nights. There was 7 of us (2 children, 5 adults). This spacious, clean, 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse was the perfect start to our 10 nights of traveling through Ireland. The wall to wall windows in the living area boasted a terrific view of Eyre Square, with the Galway Christmas Market in full swing. The beautiful ferris wheel was lit up each night and made our stay in Galway extra festive. The Weston Hotel arranges the accommodations and is the reception point for the apartment. There is free parking (a tremendous bonus in Galway), WiFi, washer/dryer and every amenity you could need. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family or group of friends traveling to Galway.

Our apartment was quite run down. Looking old. Carpet was threadbare in bedroom. Nowhere in the shower to even put your soap, so you have to hold it while you shower. It says it is self catering, but there are not enough kitchen items for you to cook anything with. Very basic. Window has big crack in it from top to bottom. Blinds are stained. Lamp is sitting on a chair in the living room. Yes it is close to Eyre Square but that is the only good thing about it.

It is a pain to have to register at the hotel. Finding your way to the car park is a bit confusing as well. It took awhile to figure out the fob. The apartment was spacious. After almost a week we were more than glad to have the washer and dryer. To use the washer, we set the knob at daily wash. You have to turn the knob to dry and then set the timer. Enjoyed our stay.

we were truly surprised and love the space as the apartment was very spacious, open clean kitchen with all the essentials if you need it. Large windows facing the town so if you happen to be stuck inside on a horribly rainy day you do not feel confined in. We had a difficult time finding where we needed to check in but other than that we were really happy with it and will go back.
