"Stayed 04/26/26 to 04/29/26. Front desk (Moya) staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining staff was great. Dawn did excellent working the Italiano area solo. The pool bar bartender on 04/26/26 was very friendly and could change the mood of the pool area with music. He worked the dining area later and was friendly there as well. Housekeeping was good.
The downside was the whole time I was there, the hot tub was not hot or bubbly. I enjoyed the hotel's 10 year anniversary celebration. Nadine and other artist was great. I would stay again. "
